At first I figured they wouldn't be interested in a small 1 off job but stopped by anyways. They took it and said they would let their shop guy check it out and give me a call. A few days later they called and said easy fix at $53. I was beyond ecstatic. I would highly recommend them for any sort of one off machine jobs. With their huge shop they are easily able to handle anything.

We worked through the list, and Ronnie stated he would try to get my the estimate by the end of the day, and Monday, at the latest, due to contractor supply requests. I left happy. NO RESPONSE. On Wednesday, my husband stopped by and Ronnie stated our request was at the top of his "to do" list, and my husband saw our list on the top of the pile. I asked to speak to Charles, the owner, and they refused to let me speak to them because they were afraid they would get in trouble. I am writing this review in hopes that people will see this and choose a different Hardware Store. I was appalled at their customer service and also the way that they single customers out and think it's funny to be mean to them. Later when I called to complain about them to the owner, they REPEATEDLY hung up on me. Not professional at all. They should NOT have people like that working there.
