Firstly, our chauffeur Allan was on point, professional, kind and courteous. When the rain began to fall, he chased us down a hill into the river valley where we were taking photos (well over a block away) so my bride could have an umbrella and not ruin her hair and dress. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I've been in other limo's from around Edmonton but these people are top shelf. Where to start. If…read moreyou would like a company to take advantage of you here it is. I was told on the phone they had the best drivers and new cars which is why they were more expensive and we talked about why I wanted the limo etc. Btw the car is a 2014. I didn't realize that was new. The driver came to the door while I was getting in my wedding dress and wouldn't let up or wait for 5 mins to get the remaining $100. He stood at the door and took off his glasses to look in after my mom told him the girls were getting my wedding dress on and asked again. He could have just waited until I walked out before he let us in. He was not quick to open the door, in fact most of time we did it ourselves. He kept the window down the entire time. I have never had a driver keep the window down to watch us in all my times in a limo. He asked throughout the trip for his tip before the trip was done. Last I checked a tip is based on service and a choice by the customer to determine the amount. It was not mentioned there was a MINIMUM 20% tip until after I booked. Very tacky. And they did not tell me ahead of time that we could not eat in the limo even when I specifically told them when I booked I wanted to be able to feed our bridal party in the limo. So instead we got to stand in a parking lot at a busy intersection in my wedding dress and waste 40 minutes of photography time instead of eating while we rode like we have for the other 16 bridal parties I've been in. Mind you non of them booked with Platinum. Smarter brides than I am I guess. He also made us wipe our shoes before getting in. I could see this if it rained and was muddy but it was dry and we went nowhere with mud. I'm sure it was just so he didn't have to clean anything for his next appointment which he consistently reminded us was right after our wedding reception drop off so could we hurry. And then the bull of him not coming back when I have the text from Rick explaining that was included in the wedding package. Stranding the bride and groom on the wedding night is a pretty surefire way to tick of clients and earn yourself a terrible reputation. Then the best part... when I talked to Rick the next day about the issue of pick up (I didn't even mention the others) he acknowledges that he knew I booked the package with late night pick up but he didn't put it in writing and I didn't catch it so saying there's nothing you can do because it's done and it's also my fault. Cherry on top. Basically, if you would like to pay more for lesser service than the competition you should book Platinum.

I sent my phone number and he said he would call after lunch by 6pm I still hadn't heard from him so I emailed saying he forgot and I would be unavailable for the rest of the night. Later I saw a missed call from them an hour later. I called back a day later and he said he was at bubbles took down my info and said he would call me when he left. It's been 6 days now!!! Are u still at bubbles???

Terrible! Slow, damaged furniture, missing wheels from furniture, furniture full of salt and wet…read more(winter time) and my firebox with very precious things in it left in the snow all night. thanks to the snow removal people at my building found it and returned it to the leasing office. Left my bed not put back together . Took them 9 hours to move my one bedroom apt. Took them an hour to get to my new apt which was only a 15-20 min drive. At the end I was moving things in my new place.....the stuff I could lift. Started at 1pm and left at 10:30pm. Tried to charge me $1200 and change ... I certainly did NOT pay that and flat out refused. The most horrible and stressful moving experience in my life. If I could give -5 stars I would.

Kevin's service was impeccable! He was friendly, prompt and professional. He was always careful to open doors and be there to help the ladies step down from the vehicle. The limo was clean and well maintained. There was even complimentary champagne and glasses chilling to toast the new bride and groom. We were able to leave our personal belongings inside the limo with every confidence that Kevin would keep our things safe for us.
