Home-buying alone is enough to sprout new gray hairs, but we were selling our house and looking to get into our next property - and we are very, very thankful that we had Mo as our realtor throughout the entire process. From the time we had our first consultation meeting to the time we closed escrow on our new house, she was there every step of the way - from dealing with the peculiarities of working with a solar loan and a solar lease assumption process (including one where the solar lease company had already gone out of business) to dealing with the logistical challenge that this global pandemic has brought. We appreciated her candor - it is so easy to let emotions get carried away in the home selling and home buying, she made sure we had all the pertinent information and provided some great advice before moving forward with major decisions. She will be your greatest advocate and ensure you are getting the best deal possible (whether you are on the selling or the buying side). She knows how to craft and tailor a deal to make the most attractive offer to sellers. We competed against 14 offers of which most had a higher offer - and the seller took ours. She is tenacious - the escrow process if full of critical milestones and she has it all memorized.
