While talking with Dave from home, mama was at the end of a week-long camping trip and broke down 48 miles from civilization. Dave dispatched Mike and Mike arrived post-haste and greeted her by name. Mike even mentioned stuff about the area and pointed out a spot where spring water came out of the hillside, there a spigot and everything. At the lot, Jessie checked into why the truck was acting funny and the wife sent me pics and a FaceTimed with Jessie put me at ease to decide how to handle being broke down 300+ miles from home. Wife had to wait overnight and was kitted to camp in the truck so they let her stay at the lot. Next day I headed to pick her up and leave the truck till we could deal with it later but get mama home. Super awesome guys. We were fortunate to have friends closer than we are with the ability to tow 3/4s of a ton. I had originally given Computer Zen a great review till I used them a couple more times. I really…read morelike Nathan who was doing the work on my computer but he really shouldn't be repairing them. He took my expensive Epson Photo Printer to fix. He ruined it. He gave me a new much cheaper Epson 3 in 1 which had a printing problem after only 1 1/2 years to replace it. I gave him my HP desktop to do a simple installation of a Solid State hard drive. I have no idea what he did to it, but then again ,neither did he. He couldn't install it properly an he wound up junking my computer and buying me a used comparable replacement. He got that one running but it still had problems. He re-installed the operating system 4 times trying to fix the problem. They hired an 18 year old self taught College kid and he found and fixed the problem that baffled Nathan for months. It was not an operating system problem at all but a setting in the computer. Mind you, I was without a computer that I really needed for months while this was going on. I had to buy a laptop in the interim WAIT, NOT DONE YET. I was surprised when my wife gave him her desktop computer because it was running slow. She told Nathan, my whole life is on this computer, DO NOT ERASE ANYTHING. No problem he said. It's all done he said one day. Boy was that an understatement. It was all done alright, it never worked again. When she tried to use it nothing worked. She had Windows XP Professional operating system when he took it, but had Windows Home Edition when it came back. The CD was left in the drive bay so we knew right away what had happened. He had completely wiped out her Computer losing all her lifetime information and important records. He wound up buying a forensic recovery program and recovering about 10% of it. There were hundreds of records that had to be gone through by her one by one to get back what he recovered into a useable file. Some are still not done as it takes forever. She bought a used laptop to put them on. He put all the files on a thumb drive and gave it to her. I'll only charge you for the thumb drive he said. 128 GB $100.00. I was floored. I can get the same drive for $21.00 on EBay. Patty dropped it to 50. I'll give Nathan an "A" for trying but an " F- for producing results. I really like Patty and Nathan but I'LL NEVER NEVER give them another computer to repair. I'll still buy other stuff that I may need at Computer Zen.

I've been a customer of Valleywide for over 10 years. They used to be remarkable but now I pay…read morehigher for fuel being delivered 100 gallons or more red diesel for home then I pay at their pumps in town. It's cheaper for me to just fill a tank and pump it myself. They used to give a discount for 100 gallons or more delivered and there was no charge for delivery they're charging more than they charge at the pump and they say that's because they deliver. I assume they hired new people that had a good idea how to make more money for the company. More Interested in raising their bottom line than providing for the low income families trying to heat their homes there it is. if I could find another company to deliver fuel, I will stop purchasing from Valleywide fuels.
