The receptionist Robin takes her time to answer all and any questions and her customer service is 10/10 from scheduling the appointment to Dr. Smith doing the procedure it was overall great, Dr. Smith was very gentle and explained what he was going to do before starting and Robin was very helpful throughout the visit. I had been suffering from back and knee pain for five years with a significant limp. I had seen several doctors who prescribed a variety of medications with multiple diagnosis's and even recommended a major knee surgery that was not needed. All my pain was due to the leg length discrepancy that Dr. Yakel found using a computer measuring tool. He prescribed that my right shoe be built up as my leg length discrepancy was 3/4 of an inch. I've had my shoes built up and after a month of wearing them I have no limp and can walk my dog again and function without pain. I hope this review helps others and that you see Dr. Yakel if you suspect a leg length discrepancy or have a severe limp you can't figure out. He was kind, empathetic and really cared about me.
