I have never used the breathe to access such deep, latent awareness and energy within my body…read morebefore. I have done pranayama yoga before and yet this holistic and safe experience that Flora facilitates with her techniques and channeled information took me much deeper into my body and my own vital power source than I have ever been. We worked with my intention to access my core energy and using it in a way that will harmonize my upper body and head energy together as one potent force. I felt as I was in a "healing chamber" of white light that permeated through every cell of my body. With the guided instruction and exercises it was though I was shining the light of awareness on that which was hidden within my own psyche. Revelations and new meaning of my current life situation flashed before my eyes and I was able to venture into this new realm of possibility and understanding of my relationship to my body. I loved the vulnerability and the heart to heart connection that took place during the session between Flora and myself. The meeting of our two hearts felt as a true genuine connection of both our desires to heal, forgive, and breath into those parts of myself that were no longer serving me.
