I needed therapy from tibial plateau fracture and developed complex regional pain syndrome in my right foot from the fracture. My surgeon didn't understand the problem and couldn't help me. Thanks to Jared, he had knowledge and helped me to understand and taught me how to deal with it. Jeff was also a great help during my recovery. The whole staff, from the girl's at the front desk, to the girl's that administer the tens unit. Everyone there has knowledge and spends quality time with you. They are always there for you and answers your questions and concerns. I am so grateful to each and everyone of them for there help and genuine concern for me during my recovery. Took my mother in for a consultation, unfortunately the address on Google is not correct so we…read moredrove around looking for the location, calling several times before they finally answered and gave us the correct address. When we first walked in the lady at the front desk was casually talking on the phone as we stood there and waited a few minutes. When she got off the phone she gave us the initial papers to fill out, which was a hand written questionnaire, not a formal document. My mother handed her the co payment in cash and the lady shorted her on her change, my mother hand to tell her she gave her the wrong change. As we waited in the waiting room, the doctor was in with a patient with the door open, we could hear the entire conversation, all of his personal information. After waiting an hour my mother asked the lady at the front desk how much longer she thought it would be and the lady told her there were three more patients in front of her. Since we were already having a terrible experience and haven't even seen the doctor yet, my mother decided to cancel her appointment. She asked the lady for her paperwork back and the lady told her no. I was waiting in the waiting room (not only was my mother in pain, she is very sweet did not want to cause problems) she came and told me she wouldn't give her the paperwork back. They are clearly very unprofessional, the last thing I want is my mothers personal information being mishandled. I went up and kindly asked the lady for my mothers paperwork back. She rudely said "it's in my computer already! What, do you want my computer too?!" I kindly said "no, just the paperwork please" she let out a big sigh and had to look through the unorganized stack of papers on her desk. When she found my mothers papers she looked and one and said "well you didn't fill this one out completely so I'm not giving it to you." My mother took the papers she would give back to us and my mother said thank you and we left. I can not speak of the doctor as we never got to see him, but what we did experience was awful. I highly recommend you avoid this business.
