I called from AZ and requested some flowers with a condolence note be sent to a local church in…read moreMiles City for the family of my aunt who had passed away. I was worried that the note would not be transcribed properly over the phone, so I asked if I could send a text to the florist to make sure it was typed correct. The person on the phone said they could not accommodate that and I must provide the text verbally over the phone. As I started to recite the note over the phone, the person was obviously struggling to get my note correct. She said that she was a florist and not a typist. I wish this person understood that the note is just as important as the floral arrangement. They owe it to their customers to get things like condolence notes 100% right.

First off, my understanding is this establishment is under new management. What a shame because the…read moreowner has zero customer service skills. I wanted her to order a basket of chocolates for the nursing home where my dad was a resident before passing recently. She told me she had never done such a thing and complained she would have to go out shopping to buy chocolates to put in a basket (mind you, there is a picture of chocolate baskets on their website). She even made a comment that she "cannot make anything on this item". Seriously? Who says that to a customer? Of course she made a profit! Thanks to her rotten attitude, I finally asked her if she wanted my business. I told her I was going to the rest home the next day to see it in the hopes that would prompt her to make up a nice basket. I did and the basket was adequate but again, she certainly made money on the transaction. If someone came into my establishment and told me their father had just passed away, I would at least show some compassion. She has zero compassion and zero customer service skills. I've use this florist for years but I won't be doing so again.

I had a vision of what I wanted and Susan understood immediately! She not only met the vision I had but far exceeded it; it was magical! She was warm and friendly and helped make a difficult time (Celebration of Life for a dear friend) easier by creating gorgeous flowers to highlight the urn. I have ordered and enjoyed flowers hundreds of times over the years and I have NEVER seen flowers so beautifully, perfectly done. They captured the essence of my friend perfectly. Thank you, Susie, you are simply remarkable!
