The employee greeted me when I pulled up. I waited about 25 minutes in my car before they escorted me to the waiting area. Unfortunately, there was no indoor place to wait. They had 5 chairs outside and people were waiting there. I waited outside for another 15-20 minutes for the oil change; it was a bit chilly but at least they had chairs. Ended up being $38 for conventional oil, and that was after my $25 off coupon had been applied. They also told me one of my air filters were dirty and could be relaced for $29.99. When I declined, they brough it down to $15 lol. I still declined though. Overall, it was an okay experience. Probably went during the busiest time of the day, but it was okay since it was my last errand for the day. Be prepared to wait and bring a book or something! And don't be pressured to spend more money than what you were planning to

Have taken my 98 Ford Ranger to him for a few things. The first visit was multiple issues, but it…read morewas explained to him that there was a problem with the wiring that causes the battery to be completely drained after a few months. We told him specifically it was a wiring problem and that there was a brand new battery on it and that several other places had tried to find the problem and couldn't. He assured us he would find the problem. After a few thousand dollars and him assuring us the problem was fixed by replacing the alternator (the alternator was not bad as it had been tested multiple times) and another new battery, 2 months later the battery was dead again. He didn't listen and I guess he figured he knew better. Since it takes a few months for a new battery to be completely drained, it was impossible for us to know until that time had passed that he hadn't actually found and fixed the problem, yet he charged us as though he did. The last time I took it to him was because the truck wouldn't start. I figured it was the fuel pump so I wasn't surprised when he said that is what it was. Nearly $1000 to fix, I went and picked it up and took it home. The next week when I went to go somewhere, guess what. It wouldn't start. Took it to Midas and was told the fuel pump needed to be replaced. I won't ever take anything else to that place again.

They are very meticulous in their work - by the time they were done not only were the mufflers replaced, but my exhaust pipes were installed in a manner that eliminated previous rattles. A handful of customers cane to shop while I was there and they all were repeat customers who love Romero and his son. Fellow was working non-stop back to back in the cold, with the electric wrench being so loud and right next to his ears over and over. I took my R34 here to get my new HKS exhaust installed with high flow cat. I was going to do it…read moremyself in the garage but thought it would he easier to have it done by a shop. The staff was very friendly and charged a fair price. The exhaust tip was hitting on the edge of my kit due to the after market design. They were able to modify the hanger mounts and also bend the factory pipe to be centered more. If I would have done it myself I would have wasted alot of time and probably damaged the bumper having the exhaust heat up and damage my expensive kit. The setup sounds awesome now. Would recommend for exhaust work.
