Tow truck and driver arrived in a reasonable time frame. Young man who was the technician was very knowledgeable, and efficient and to top it off he was very personable and kept things light on the 40 minute ride to the garage. I shouldn't have to park several blocks away and walk, in heels no less, to get to work. Especially when there are clearly signs posted. My manager told me to have them towed, since the sign clearly said tow away enforced, but I told him that I didn't want to cost them money and a huge hassle, but I did want to teach them a lesson, so I just parked behind them. The sign clearly states the place of business, so I assumed they'd come in to find me when they returned. They didn't. Instead, they call the tow truck on me. I looked out the window as the tow truck arrived, so I headed out to explain the situation to the driver and, so as not to waste his time driving out, there were an additional 2 vehicles in the reserved spots that he could tow. Instead, he just decides to yell at me and proceeds to try and tow me away. I move my vehicle and temporarily parked somewhere else, waiting for the other person to move so I could take back my spot. The tow truck follows me. I pull out of that spot, so he can't block me in, and swung back around to now move into the cleared space. Tow truck passes around me on the left, in the parking lot, and then proceeds to block traffic and my parking spot. Called my manager and he came down to the office to have a chat with the guy. He literally stayed there to entire time, blocking my reserved spot. When the manager gets there and asks what's going on, he says he's ensuring no one parked in the reserved spot. Seriously?! Meanwhile he's leaving all the other vehicles that don't belong in reserved parking. Smh. He would literally rather sit there and block a spot from someone whom it belongs to, rather than do his job and remove the ones that don't. Unbelievable
