Needed a service today and called over to the branch 6+ times to assure that the manager would be there as she is their only Notary currently. 6 times put on hold and 6 times was ultimately disconnected by the electronic "helper." Went to the branch to find 3 tellers trying to help 20+ people, waited in line to learn that it was the Manager's day off. Left today and stopped in at Gesa near Queensgate. My wife and I had new accounts setup in under 20 minutes and now get to go through all the hassle of transferring my business and personal accounts, but I am doing so with a pep in my step as I know I don't have to deal with WF anymore.

When I thought it couldn't get any worse, I got skin cancer which comes with many treatments. Used a vehicle as collateral in order to get through July, they gave me a loan, nowhere near the value of the vehicle, however, the process WAS NOT EASY! The underwriters at HAPO have no heart nor do they understand "real people" have real issues! I just wanted to provide my grandkids a decent Christmas & visit them, not sure if this will be my last. I asked for a modest $1900.00 & was immediately denied. Loan officer Eric P was the best their is, even tried to explain my issues to the underwriters, and countered asking for lesser amounts, to which, all fell on deaf ears. No sympathy, despite my loans at HAPO are auto withdrawn from my account monthly & have NEVER been late! New Year is gonna bring a new Credit Union, already spoken with STCU & love what they can & will do. I hope you holier than now underwriters at HAPO have the merriest of Christmases & enjoy your families. I didn't ask to get sick, but when I did, HAPO FAILED me.

When I looked at the ATM machine a debit card was sticking out, and the screen was blank. I motioned to the girl that she left her card, and tried to grab it for her. The card pulled away from me, disappeared into the machine, the screen flashed once and went blank again. When she walked up to me I told her to immediately freeze her account, in case her card comes out again, and to contact the bank. This is the fourth time in as many years that something like this has happened to me. It'll be a hastle, but I think it's time to move my accounts.

No smiles, no acknowledgement of you as a customer, just hurry up and get them out the door. About three of the tellers never smile and are openly rude. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have been in there multiple times in the past few months and it never improves. There's a lot of competition in the Tri-Cities for financial services so you need to place an emphasis on customer service or you will lose accounts.

I am closing an account and needed to sign, and have notarized, and return a letter that I received from Bank of America. The suit spent 10 minutes telling me why he could not notarize the BofA letter. I went and found another notary down the street. I also have a safe deposit box to close out. The suit told me that I would need to speak with the VP (named JC) tomorrow and gave me JC's business card. The only number on this business card is to the Bank of America automated attendant hell. I have no idea how to close out the safe deposit box. It looks like the key to getting helped is to walk in the door with $100 bill's hanging out of your pockets. Otherwise, don't expect much of anything.

There's no fees at the atm for me here, and if I ever forget (or lose) my ATM card, I can go inside---which was convenient for me recently because I had lost my card, AND was in the neighborhood for Farmer's Market. So yeah, being open during Farmer's Market hours is muy convenient, especially since it's only a block away. Oh, and the teller who helped me out being cute doesn't hurt either.

I pulled cash to deposit for my brother that was in Texas and in need of it quickly due to him being on the side of the road. I tried THREE Bank of America's as they were closed. I was turned away from Bank of America and told to go get a money order. I had to go to another bank, get a money order and drive back to Pasco to do deposit. This whole "trying to do a deposit" took me more than 1.5 hours to deposit $500 in cash I had to just quickly deposit.
