It was an ongoing problem so if you have no hot water, please call Ihg. Call the health department check out and find a new hotel.

Pro Tips: - On the corner of the front desk, they typically leave out complimentary cookies (chocolate chip, M&Ms, & peanut butter) and water bottles. I stocked up on water and that saved me from having to buy it at a grocery store! Thank you! And I may have stocked up on a few cookies... - As you walk out the door, there are brown lunch bags they leave for guests to pick up, filled with breakfast stuff (e.g., multigrain bar, bagel with peanut butter, an apple, and bottled water). It's these little details that I appreciated so much about this hotel. - Go to Taco Mama next door and try their food! I loved their steak quesadilla and barbacoa tacos. Service there is exceptional as well. You can even get your alcohol to go (certain hours of the day) and drink it within the designated boundaries. Yes, I know what you're thinking - I am crazy. THE ROOM. I stayed in room 422 and it was unusually expansive. I honestly think they could've pushed out the bathroom space and there would still be plenty of room left. Huge windows spanned across the wall and overlooked a grassy area and parking lot. The queen-sized beds were comfortable with clean, soft linen. And yes folks, the rest of the room was also clean as can be. THE PARKING. Parking is free. Go for one of the front spots near the entrance. They will even allow you to park in the spots that say "Diamond." If there aren't any open spots, drive further down to their bigger parking lot. THE RESERVATION. I made reservations through the Hilton Honors app. You can choose the room you want through the app as well. THE RETURN. 100% I would stay here again. I didn't mention this earlier, but the hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. It made my experience that much more memorable.

But this was a full on dinner buffet with daily rotating meals AND three alcoholic beverages. The room was in okay condition - the bathroom could use a better fan, and some of the paint in areas was peeling. I was a little disappointed there was no place to get good water - like a water cooler in the lobby or something. You could buy bottled water, or drink from the tap. When they served breakfast, they DID have little bottles of water - those would have been nice after our day long drive... The area made the hotel feel like it would be fairly new, but some of the wear & tear inside made me think it had been around for a little while. I have no idea. The hot breakfast is a nice option, though the offerings were just okay. Some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches steamed in their wrappers were doable. The offerings were all prepackaged and easy (for them to provide). Don't get me wrong - I'm thankful to have it - I'm just saying that other places (Drury, Country Inn & Suites - to name a couple) have impressed me more. All that said, I would stay here again. A few good things about this Red Roof: The room was clean, the towels were very nice and the water pressure was outstanding. A few not so good things: poor wifi signal, slippery walkways. One very bad thing: Although this property was nearly empty, a large group was placed surrounding my room- above and to the sides. These individuals evidently don't get out in public much and aren't sure how to act once they do get out. Between the stomping and throwing objects around, the screaming, the music on full blast, the children running a muck and the extremely vulgar, obscene and racist language being used I made contact with the motel staff. I was told it would get taken care of, it wasn't. The evening progressed and they became more out of control. My next call went unanswered and by midnight I'd had enough and was a bit frightened (a woman travelling alone should not be made to feel this way). I left at 1am, feeling safer driving home for 6 hours with no sleep than staying another minute in this environment.

After receiving a room that was booked at last…read moreminute due to maximum capacity of booking and being thoroughly sprayed and sanitized upon arrival , a huge bedbug emerged from under one of the pillows . Me and my partner occupying the room quickly packed our things and made our way downstairs to inform the front desk attendant. When we told her that there was a bedbug problem in one of the rooms , she showed no major concern and didn't think that it was an issue . She just told us that she would let the manager know and that we wouldn't be charged for the night . This happened at approximately 1:30am and the rest of the hotels were booked beyond limit so we had no other options available to go to. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! I doubt that they even made an attempt to notify the right people to get the issue fixed.
