I needed to get car insurance immediately and Stacy obliged. As I looked further I was able to save $100 and get better insurance with another carrier so I did cancel. In my mind she had been so nice I thought I would try her another time since I have to get so many insurance policies overall. When I had to get proof of insurance sent to the DMV oh, she was nowhere to be found. She would not answer my calls or return them. I also emailed her and she did not attend. When I called someone named Stephanie answered and every time I was not allowed to speak to Stacy. in the end I asked if I could get something that says that they sent across the information to the DMV and Stephanie replied that I already have that in the phone call. When I call DMV to verify that the information had come across, they told me that the wrong information was sent and that it still had not been verified for the dates that I was insured. I had to spend large amounts of time just to get this through and it this point it is still not through. I intend to go direct to Allstate to see if I can get this rectified. I would NOT recommend !!

The agent is Kevin Goode. This was my son's own insurance carrier. He had an accident and was first…read moretold his car was fixable but then found out it was totaled. It took him over 5 months to get the money for his car from his own insurance company. Only had a rental for 30 days so the rest of the time he had to drive my car leaving me without one since we live in two different counties. He then had to still fight to get the money back for the storage fees he had to charge to his personal card just to get his car moved to a body shop. This took another 2 months and ended up coming from the broker instead of the insurance company. He then changed insurance companies to his new wife's insurance and this feat took multiple calls over 2 months to get the difference back from what he had already paid for the year. Auto Owners is very unprofessional and very slow. The agent and the adjuster, Marissa McClain, were also very rude. I would avoid this company.
