I took my 16 year old daughter in to open her first checking account. She's a very hard worker with…read more1-3 jobs at a time. Now she's a lifeguard at the Okeene Pool! She wanted somewhere to keep her money safe and would've liked a debit card, but you have to be 18 yrs old for one of those. So I got a debit card and my daughter ordered checks. We chose this bank out of a referral from my ex mother-in-law Sharon Bennett. My daughter stayed with her during school to play softball then got a job as a lifeguard so she'll be in Okeene for quite a while. The bank looks very nice on the outside. The majority of the parking is on the North side of the bank with one disabled parking spot directly in front. The entrance looks more like your walking into a nice home to visit friends, there's a very "homey" feel to it. They had just opened the lobby back up today (June 1st, 2020) and were ready for customers. Of course we were requested to wear masks and keep our distance from employees and each other. There was also a hand sanitizer station right when you walk in Cindy greeted us as soon as we walked and told us to come on up, so there was no wait time. She helped us out from filling out all the paperwork, picking out checks, a design for the debit card to explaining all the little details of having an account. She was very helpful and informative. We even got a complimentary cup holder, auto phone holder and some pens for each of us. Cindy made this experience very pleasurable, thank you Cindy!!

There weren't any set up or monthly fees just the $100 needed to start an active account. Whatever branch I go to the staff is professional, kind, accommodating & quick. They are also very personable once you're established & have to go in often for whatever your banking needs are. They have many locations state wide & ATM machines in all of the Walgreens statewide as well, which is very convenient! I highly recommend this bank to all who want a peace of mind banking experience. They didn't seem to have a high turnover rate with employees despite being a state bank & I found it refreshing to see familiar faces.
