I confirmed electronically. We decided on a day for Warnie to start the project. He texts me saying he is having trouble with his van but assured me he would begin the project the very next day. The following day I received a text saying he would be arriving between 11an and noon. I little while later I received another text saying that he is not licensed to do the job and won't be coming. I tried calling him and his number has now been disconnected.

Our usual company was busy so we tried Danny's Electric from Christiansburg. The first day 2 guys came and one didn't even know what it was. After a couple hours he said we needed a new switch which I ordered per his recommendation. I paid $210 plus $69 for overnight delivery The electric guys charged $261. Next day one of them came back and had another guy and they worked on the switch for several more hours and put on the new switch. They did something and the dumbwaiter went up. We all got excited and I went up to make sure and pushed the down button and it worked. They charged another $819 and left. Next day I tried to send something upstairs and when I pushed the button-nothing happened. It only works from the switch we have upstairs. The new one doesn't work at all. I texted the guy and he said he would get back to me but didn't. I texted again next day and he said he did research and was sure the motherboard had gone bad and I should contact someone who installs them. I texted the owner of the company and he never responded. I feel like we were robbed or at least way overcharged. I asked him for half of the money refunded which I don't think is asking too much. I would not recommend this company.
