My cousin wrote the check out and Ole Jeff told us he'd be back in 1 week. He wanted the check wrote out to HIS NAME and not the company, nor did we get a recipt. We also ask him to turn the water off for the ice maker and he says he does. Days later I find out the shutoff is in the basement and he never went down stairs. 1 week later and all we hear is crickets. So we call the business number and a different guy picks up and tell us that Jeffrey robbed us and that he does it all the time. So Nana looks Jeffrey McPeak up on fb and messaged him. Jeffrey says that the other guy ( WHO JUST ANSWERED THE PHONE 10 MINUTES PRIOR) was a liar and he fired him for embezzlement. Funny, cause how did he answer the phone? Nonetheless, Jeffrey says he'll be out the next day. Next day comes and shocker no Jeffrey. So Nana gets ahold of him again and gets told he would come out the following day. He does show up then with a box that fits in 1 hand and 20 mins later he says its fixed. It indeed was NOT fixed and now the refrigerator part has stopped cooling, which it was doing so fine previous to Jeffrey working on it. We tell him about it and he tells us he'll be out the next day because we had a 30 day warranty. Jeffrey TEXTS back shortly after the phone call to say that Nana didnt hang up after the call, and he heard us say that we thought the refrigerator issues came from him. SIR, THEY DID!! Refrigerator was cooling fine prior to him "working" on the icemaker. He says that per his attorney hes just going to refund Nana her money and cut ties. Now idk about yall but if I stood behind my work, I wouldn't have had my feeling hurt and I would've been out there defending my work by showing back up, but not Jeffrey. A week goes by no check. Nana gets ahold of him again and he says the check must have got lost in the mail and hes putting out a new one, and that was weeks ago. Still no check. Nana bought that house off of the former magistrate and he wanted to bring officers up to file a report the day after we found out the refrigerator wasnt cooling and he wasnt coming back because its theft by fraud. Nana chose to hold off on it to give Jeffrey a chance to be honest for once but that clearly hasn't worked. Nana told him she was filing charges, which she now is/has, and now Jeffrey is threatening to file charges of his own for Nana speaking HER and THE TRUTH. DO NOT TRUST JEFFREY WITH YOUR MONEY. We had Modern appliances come out and he had us up and going in a week. He brought a box probably 4ft long, and not something that fit in 1 hand. So grateful for him. He said we were the 8th this year he has had to come behind and clean up Jeffreys mess and that's just 1 other company can you imagine what the others say as well. Also when Nana went to file charges they were familiar with his name and said we weren't the first to file against him. AGAIN DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH YOUR MONEY, UNLESS YOU WANT IT STOLEN!!!!!

It has been doing this since we bought it. He proceeds to blame rats for the issue. After taking it apart he said "its clear its not a rat issue". After this he proceeds to start blaming my home that has no wiring issues at all. All other appliances in the kitchen work fine and has never had a issue. Our last range worked fine on the same outlet. Jeff has a EGO bigger then his head. He then acted like he is now a home Electrician lol. He got butt hurt and stormed off without putting the brand new range back together. I'm now left with a high dollar range tore apart. DO NOT LET THIS GUY OR COMPANY WORK ON YOUR APPLIENCES! We had the stove on our front porch because we have DANES and they aren't trustworthy near strangers. He proceeded to say he needs to work on it in its natural environment. JEFF all you need is power to work on a gas range. Any licensed tech knows you cant work on it hooked to gas especially half tore apart with an electrical issue. Folks this place and tech JEFF are clowns.
