I like the ability to interact with real people. The manager is knowledgable and helpful. The facility is convenient on the corner of Main Street and Oak in Zionsville. There is not much parking maybe only 6 spaces and those fill quickly. The building is new and lovely. They have a conference room that can be used for small meeting by customers. They also have space for a game of chess or working at a table. I have never used these spaces but been tempted. The interior is lovely and today was decorated for the holidays. You sit at the teller window which I do not like as it takes longer with up and down. The drive thru has three lanes but only one is open when I go. The wait can be considerable if you stop by after work when they are busy. During off time, there is no wait. I like that do not send me a lot of propaganda in the mail. Just my statements and the statements include tiny copy of each check so I can cross check details. All in all, a good place to bank.

They offer in-lobby, drive through and ATM at this location. I love that they offer Saturday hours. The service is always friendly and knowledgable. We generally go during the week because weekends and peek hours can be busy with waits. They are amenable to making appointments for special services. Their are particularly exemplary with special banking needs (notarizing, etc) The web site is easy to maneuver and is up to date. Fees can be a little complicated/confusing. Interest rates are not as good as other local banks for premier customers (at least today they were not). They offer hand sanitizer and face masks at the entrance and staff are wearing masks. The parking lot is a little tight and can be difficult to enter/exit.

(Day 1) We stopped in to see a bank teller for an urgent inquiry and were told no one could assist us same day (understandable) despite the fact the bank teller they scheduled an appointment with the next day was sitting ideal. We had advised it is urgent and would appreciate same day assistance which they didnt care about and said we need an appointment. We asked for the latest appointment in which they told us 4:15 pm is the latest time they see clients, so we took it. The Manager was standing right there and did not assist. We left with an appointment for the following day. (Day 2) I reached out to the branch to advise we would need to reschedule and could not make it in at the time of the visit. The gentlemen advised he will let the bank teller know and she will give me a call to reschedule. Yeah, never received the call but got an email saying my appointment was cancelled. Attempted to call the branch again but they closed. Got on Google and figured out to schedule an appointment through the Chase app. Secured an appointment for the following day but I could of possibly got in the same day if the teller cared to return my call to reschedule. (Day 3) We were 5 mins late to the appointment. If you are 5 minutes late to your appointment with a bank teller this branch will refuse to see you. We had an urgent inquiry that we needed assistance with which the Manager did not care about. Her body language and facial expressions during the whole conversation were a turn-off, rude and unprofessional. She told us there was a client at 4:30 pm but why did they tell us the previous day the latest they took clients was 4:15 pm? My husband was frustrated at the experience with this branch at this point and walked out without uttering another word. He said we should of listened to our Dad who told us the customer service at this location sucks. Other Chase locations will make time to address your concern and will get you with a teller same day. We will never return to this location. The Manager needs a Manager on site to address her unprofessional behavior and her unwillingness to assist clients. We recommend heading to 10495 N Michigan Road. The staff here is professional, understanding and accommodating.

Until, its latest software "improvement," I would have…read moregiven it a five star rating, but its latest "improvement" has eliminated automatic synchronization of my IMCU account with Quicken or Ameriprise both which I find extremely useful in managing my financial affairs. To get the information into these accounts now requires a download from the IMCU site then an upload into those apps. This is the twenty first century, not the 19th century. What's next green eyeshades and quill pens. Reluctantly, despite the hassle, I guess I will have to move my accounts to a more customer friendly financial entity. Sigh, they had a good thing going.

I discovered Community First Bank of Indiana (CFBI) through their community business development representative, Bonnie Riley. I had the privilege of having Danielle Gaston set up the paperwork for my new account. She was kind and courteous and even allowed me to joke and banter with her. Scott Hammersley, their business/commercial lending specialist, came out and introduced himself and spent time learning about our new business coming to the Westfield area. Later when I was having trouble getting online banking and the mobile app setup, one of the bank's team took my call, walked me through it, and stayed on the phone with me till setup was confirmed. I never felt rushed or hurried, there was a calm, steady tone and constant reminders that I was their priority and they wanted me to be set up and able to use all the resources the bank had for me. I'm grateful for my time at CFBI, and I'm very impressed with the service and resources they have available. I love their approachable and dedicated commitment to our local community.

When I signed up for my account, was told by a Huntington IT employee, that multifactor authentication was unnecessary, I was being silly for asking....trailing instead of preceding the issue. Today Huntington has multifactor authentication. 2nd reason for less than a 5 star review...the website is hit or miss...somtimes it works, as much doesn't work. This branch was a little late to open -- I was there about five minutes past 9 a.m. and they still hadn't opened. I wasn't in a rush or anything, but it was kind of a drag to have to wait beyond when they were supposed to be open.
