It wasn't within his job description to find a water leak like this but he went straight to the area where the leak was. I'm not sure how he found it so quickly, but he's good. He dug up around the area and determined there was gushing water from a repair someone else had done a couple of years ago. He immediately called a plumbing contractor he knew to fix the job. Excellent company and talent.
