The Imperial team showed up promptly at 7 AM and started their full day. Towards the end of this project one of the things that impressed me was that I had wanted the hole from the spa filled up pretty much to the top as I needed to add pavers to cover the dirt. The crew used this machine that heavily pushes down the dirt and rock to make the earth sturdy. When "finished", they saw that it was about 8-10 inched from the top so they went back to their trucks with a wheelbarrow and collected more dirt and debris to get the dirt line higher. Imperial took care of the permit, electrical and plumbing. I am a senior citizen who had question after question with these folks...on the phone, email and in person. All treated me with such respect. In a heartbeat, use them.

I ultimately filed a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. After the complaint was filed, work stopped and my home was left unfinished. ROC has since inspected the property and issued a Written Directive requiring correction of multiple pool issues. I also wish I had looked more closely at the reviews before hiring. Some of the positive recommendations on this page are from Ed's wife and son, and another recent recommendation is from a plumbing company affiliated with him. I strongly suggest researching the reviewers and checking the ROC licenses/businesses associated with the contractor before hiring. Based on my experience, I would not hire him again.
