Nurse Haley I believe her name was, made me feel comfortable considering I needed a shot in my behind and checked on me. When I tell you I could have cried from relief after the experience I had with this team! I came in at a pain of 7 walking like a robot and left at a 5 feeling comfortable. I left with knowledge and prescriptions for how I could continue to feel better. Thank you Dr. Abasi, Nurse Haley and anyone involved. Since I still had some travel left, I decided to Yelp an urgent care and make sure I didn't have something worse than an annoying virus. Patient Plus did a good job of figuring out what was going on. Once the physician's assistant examined me and listened to what was happening, he recommended a chest x-ray, which they do at their location. I'm always weary of urgent care clinics trying to push unnecessary procedures on you, but this one seemed to make sense. The chest x-ray was quick and the results were back five minutes later. They were also able to give me a quick breathing treatment which made me feel ten times better. The PA called in a prescription close to my next hotel's location, and even gave me a sample of the medication so I could take it right away. The entire appointment lasted less than an hour, which was wonderful, but I was the only patient there. The PA was great, but the rest of the staff was extremely lackluster. They seemed to lack even basic communication skills and just had an odd demeanor. I would still recommend this urgent care, but it was definitely strange. All in all, it's a reliable spot when you need some quick medical attention.
