Christine Rogers the owner and conveyancer is straight down the line when it comes to business. She is excellent in finding out all the hidden faults in a contract. I have been spared buying a couple of properties "as that third bedroom is not on the original title" or "that garage is on common property and not a part of the title to the unit". I have had some close calls and the efficiency of her office has saved me endless hours of worry. The office is in the heart of Epping, Bridge Road. The train is nearby and if you are driving park in the Coles carpark which is just down the road. The office is up a flight of steps and unfortunately there is no wheelchair access or lift. However her fax machine is continually on the go..as is an incoming string of emails. The office is busy and Christine only looks at the contracts for properties being sold or for buying in New South Wales. There are different laws in the neighbouring states.

What stood out was how clearly he explains the gap most SMEs face, especially the lack of a real game plan and the chaos that comes from trying to grow without one. The sales assistant James was very helpful, when giving advice about topping up my RAM on my hard drive he says including installation it would only cost about $60 to increase the speed by 20%. He made it sound like a really easy worthwhile process that I might just head in there over the next few weeks to get my lap top serviced. I think it could do with a bit of extra attention.
