Rather than fix these issues, the owner and receptionist argued with me. I removed my son. I was deeply disturbed and disgusted by what I witnessed. The employee appeared to be a heavy-set Hispanic woman wearing glasses, a blue hoodie with a star in the middle, and pajama pants. More importantly, her appearance and clothing aside, I am extremely concerned about the behavior shown in the video and the treatment of the children in your care. It is horrifying to think a child could be subjected to this kind of treatment in a place where parents trust staff to protect and care for them. I sincerely hope this incident was investigated immediately and that appropriate disciplinary action was taken, including termination if the allegations were confirmed. Children deserve to feel safe, respected, and protected while in your facility, and behavior like this should never be tolerated.

Scottie and Laney were on it-super helpful with any and everything and were great with the kids. Every adult in attendance commented on their friendly professionalism. I don't have children of my own, but if the love my niece and nephew have for this place says anything, it must be great (I mean, the 4 year old wanted her party here)! Alex took one look at my two year old and made preconceived notations about who he was as an individual. Alex said that my son was a bad kid and would not fit in his facility. He said that he was understaffed and the his workers would not be able to handle my child. This was not because he was a biter or because he hits other child, but because he wanted to explore the daycare. I have never been treated so poorly by any other daycare in my life. Please do not take your child here if your child has ADHD or is an active kid. Apparently they are not allowed to be toddlers at Stepping Stones.
