Although a lot of the ones I liked were not available in my size, I ended up finding a solid pair that suited my needs and weren't too overly priced. I did expect Dolphin to have more elusive pricing since they're technically an outlet mall but overall I was glad with my purchase. This is a fast paced mall with heavy foot traffic so during certain rushes you can expect a longer wait time for the employee to come out with your pair to try on. The girl that helped me was super nice and even brought me a size up to try on in the event that the 8 didn't fit. It's a great stop for kids school shoes although I wish they would stock more sizes and variety.

Loved everything but I changed my mind about one shirt and decided to change when I was back. A week later went to the store to change without the receipt, thinking to change for another shirt, and for my surprise after talking to the cashier and leaving the shirt at the cashier and trying other clothes another older blonde lady told me I couldn't change bc I did not had the receipt . The store is always empty and the shirt was perfect with all the labels. Never buying again at Mango at The Falls , their manager or cashier needs to learn to treat customer . The 2 starts I just leave because the young sales people were very nice and polite unfortunately the older blonde lady is the one that needs more training to work in a store. Anyways they lost a good customer .

They section it off by women, men and kids clothing. Since it's a Factory store, most items are discounted. Keep an eye on the sales, promos, discounts. Angela helped me navigate the kids section as I was scoping out the clothes for kids. I loved the girl's dresses and bathing suits. Even the boys had some cool attire. But my kids are at an age where I can't just buy them whatever anymore, I need to bring them here so they can decide. Ha. I did find a cool "Lucky Dude" green t-shirt I had to get for my son. With the discounts, the t-shirt was $18. Good find. Overall, J. Crew Factory is a nice new store with many options for the whole family. Welcome back J. Crew family!
