The videos play every 45 minutes or 30 minutes and you go in and mimic the videos in 125ish degrees. The staff is friendly and nice. I am not a sauna person, but it was definitely a unique experience. I was told they are 24 hour for members. The drop in price is about $20, first session is free and monthly is about $50. Please make sure you hydrate before your session. I knocked it down only because of the drop in rate. Also after the first free visit you have to pay for the mats and towels you need to participate. I would definitely say try it at least once.

For two years and different ages, the referees consistently do not call blatant fouls or basic rule violations (picked up foot on throw-in, hand ball, etc). A kid could not try for the ball, shove and extend with his/her arm, knock over the other player, and no whistle. I like aggressive play but this is basically hockey on grass, not soccer. The bleachers on field K were broken, but I brought my own chair because of my back issues. There were bouncy houses for kids to get some energy out. We didn't use the restrooms or concessions so maybe there will be an update on those.

Just FYI. this place is in the mall and you do have to sign a waiver. The regular size ass can't be a little bit heavy and can put tension on your wrist if you're not good at it. But it's always good to try it. Our favorite was small knives light axes. They rotate really nicely and they are not very heavy on your arms. I try to do events with my crew that may be a little outside of the box especially for those who are a bit older, or had a medical problem, and this is one of those events that people are scared to do but we had a blast. Me and all my ladies view bullseyes and shared one another on. 30 minutes seems to go by so fast. But an hour can definitely make you tired especially if you do lunch first like we did. All in all Cooch it is very nice and since this place is a blast, we will come back again and keep it in our activity rotator maybe 2 to 3 times a year. You should definitely try it. I believe they have military discount and make sure you wear close toed shoes.
