They were also able to do the job right away which worked out great for me since I was tired of hauling my stuff to the laundromat. They offered to hookup my washer which was also a benefit for me since it was a tight area. It's a good thing they offered to since they saw that the one water pipe was leaking. After explaining to her that the repair done earlier this year was causing unsafe fumes and the caulking was melting, I asked someone to come out to repair this before company arrives this weekend. (We lit the stove for the first time this season last night and discovered issue). She proceeded to tell me that Bob was out of town and unreachable. I asked to speak to him since I have never spoken to her in the last three years. She told me he would not be able to come out until the end of the month. Despite not raising my voice even though she was, and just trying to figure out the next steps, she proceeded to tell me that I was repeating myself and that she was questioning my mental stability. As a licensed clinician in the mental health field for the last 10 years, I found this comment quite disturbing and severely unprofessional. Despite our experience with Bob being great thus far, we will not be using this company again and advise others to find services elsewhere if you're looking for professionalism.
