I was just amazed with the attention to detail. Serving dishes, glass wear, full kitchen, sound system, two large screen televisions, and even games for the kiddos were all provided. The owner has thought of everything you might need, and she is always very quick to respond with answers to any questions you may have. We didn't really have hot food aside from 1 crockpot, but with about 40 people in the space, it was quite warm inside. There are curtains that go partway across the storefront windows, but they only provide some shade and do not assist in keeping the room cool. Lighting may need to be improved because it would be a bit dark without the natural sunlight, but thicker curtains to help block the afternoon sun would be an improvement!

But if it would have been held just one week earlier, it would have been a muddy mess and cars might have had trouble getting in and out. So you are taking a gamble there. That's obviously not the venue's fault, but it would be understandable to go with a fully indoor venue just to have one less thing to worry about. But the wedding I went to was very nice.

The restrooms are tidy and well kept. The kitchen was a useful resource as well. The architecture and design are very attractive; it's a historic town, so many of the buildings are Federal style architecture. The staircase is well kept and the artwork inside is beautiful. It's a great little spot to host about 40 people comfortably. There is a beautiful fountain just outside the building and many shopping and dining opportunities within walking distance. They also host a farmers market next to this building, on Broadway Street, Saturday mornings.
