Cheese socks, so I go to purchase socks for both me and her. Then I come to find out I'm not within the height requirement to get on it with MY 2-year-old?! My child would have never gotten on it without me. I'm not going to have some teenagers she doesn't know watching her while working the jungle gym. Dirty, one towel for 3 nights (no housekeeping until the 4th day of stay) and an attitude when you try to get towels from the desk. Checkout is at 11, got to my room after closing ceremonies at 1105 to grab bags (I checked in 20 minutes after guaranteed time, mind you) to find the room key was deactivated. Staff couldn't open the door for me, to retrieve my already packed bags, "by new policy this morning". Also, the conference area is through the casino- so you have to show your ID to even attend the conference WHICH THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ENTRY OPTION. This is a horrible establishment, of which's operating procedures also make absolutely no sense. 0/10, would not recommend.
