When asked to make new ones the they only picked up one plate instead of both so we had to wait even longer. The sides are $6! The big, plush rockers with nice cup holders, the full-wall screen, which in itself is an upgrade from the standard but then you throw in 3D and a 67 channel (I believe) Surround Sound system and your entertainment experience is "out of this world". The people have always been polite. The last Star Trek I saw there, they forgot it was supposed to be 3D. About 10 minutes into the movie I finally went and told the management, they started the movie over for us after changing formats. Sure, if you go to the snack bar expecting to get a coke and hot dog for a buck fifty then you haven't been to many theaters. These people do need to make a profit.
