The store is fairly small but does seem to have just enough seating. There is also a nice selection of Starbucks-branded merchandise on offer including espresso and coffee mugs with Prague branding. Prices did seem a little higher than back home in the UK, but this is an airport location where prices do seem to be higher anyway. The barista who served me was friendly enough, and service was relatively fast given the fact they were busy. I ordered a Venti Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew, my drink was OK, they got the thickness right on the cream, so it was able to melt into my drink (A common mistake at other Starbucks locations is making the cream too thick), but the Cold Brew its-self wasn't sweetened. They use paper straws here, due to the ban on plastic by the EU, again not a fan of this or the quality of the straws they use, but not much can be done unfortunately. An interesting note for visitors from North America where the local laws may be different. 3* - Not a bad place to grab a coffee before or after flying into Václav Havel Airport Prague, expensive but when visiting an Airport you don't have much choice!

If I remember correctly, this is one of those airports where you go through security at the at the gate, so once you're past passport control, you'll have more time to enjoy your drink. They have the usual selection of coffee, tea, chai, etc. There are food options as well, including delicious waffles. Some decent seating. The view isn't the best, but if you want to have some coffee before entering the airport, this is a good place to do it. Bathrooms: No bathrooms, but there are some in the building in general.

I ordered the Chocolate Caffé Gelato and added whipped cream, and the pistachio cake pop--two items they don't have where I'm from in the states. The drink was described to me as a milkshake with coffee, so I figured like a frappachino. It was a little strong but not bad. The cake pop was really good! It's cute inside lots of seating around and places to charge your electronics, plus my orders was ready fast. Tip: If you buy something you can get the bathroom code.

This is a unique concept Starbucks Reserve location, I'm led to believe this is the only store of…read moreits kind in Europe. The location is very good within the city of Prague and is a short walk across a couple hundred meters from Wenceslas Square. This is a "Reserve Only" store despite being listed on their website as Starbucks featuring Reserve, this means the menu is very different to standard Starbucks locations, the menu resembled the Reserve Roastery in Milan featuring Reserve-exclusive beverages such as the Cold Brew Lemon Sour. I do think Starbucks could do a lot more to promote this type of store, as it's cool, there's nothing like this for Starbucks in Prague... normally when you see "Starbucks featuring Reserve" it's just the normal menu featuring a fairly boring, generic addition but this is not just that. The pricing is high, I did find Starbucks in general in Czechia to cost slightly more than back home in the UK, but this goes beyond that. International Starbucks cards are NOT accepted, but they did have a cool Starbucks Reserve branded card for Czechia residents. The interior is modern and comfortable with a nice amount of seating, including a small area to sit outdoors. The service was disappointing, a barista on one occasion cleared my table when I had just finished my drink, without acknowledging me, and I felt like they were rushing me out. Beverage quality remained good however - I visited every day during my time in Prague and ordered a Cold Brew Lemon Sour, everything about it was so cool and premium, from the glass and tray to the drink which was made well with incredible craft which was a joy to watch. I miss this drink already! I do find the opening hours frustrating, they appear to close quite early, closing at 7 pm between Monday to Saturday and an hour earlier on a Sunday. 4* - A cool concept, some great coffee which you will struggle to get at most Starbucks locations while being modern and comfortable, still with some drawbacks mainly pricing and service. It's a generic Starbucks, with the Reserve Roastery menu and prices at the end of the day.

I stopped in with some friends for drinks and pastries, and ordering was smooth but that's essentially where the good part ends. I ordered a tall golden caramel white hot chocolate, and it essentially just tasted like hot milk. I tasted no chocolate or caramel, just milk the entire time. My friends liked their coffees (even though one of our orders was initially wrong), so I'm adding a star for that. We also split a red velvet cinnamon roll that was dry and tough to cut and chew, it probably would have been better warmed up. Overall, a subpar experience. I'd come back if it was my only option but I wouldn't be inclined to.

Much easier than adventurous…read more We had about 25 minutes before we needed to track down our tour guide for a long walk, and spotted this Starbucks. There are likely a bunch of local places to get coffee close by, but rather than try to figure all that out we just popped into Starbucks. It was a cool day and their Hot Chocolate was an easy choice. The setup is pretty much like any Starbucks, you order and pay at the register and then go down to the drink pickup spot. The line was short, just one person, but he certainly took his time ordering and paying. The order taker was patient with him and helped get him what he wanted. As for us, we knew what we wanted. Once we had our drinks we found a table and took a few minutes reprieve before heading out to explore more of this wonderful city.

The girl behind the counter seemed a little blasé, however this very well could have been the Czech culture who are not overtly friendly. However, once you get to know them, they are amazing people. So this was probably just a me thing. I'm not going to knock off any stars for this. This is a very tiny shop with one little table and two chairs. Don't expect to come in and sit for awhile as one would do at Starbucks! Get your coffee, and explore the surroundings and walk the cobblestone streets.
