There was a big table perfectly sized for our large group where we were able to enjoy our donuts and coffees. The place was comfy and cozy and I loved all the plants. The one employee who was there was very kind and prepared our drinks quickly despite being the only one in. We all enjoyed! Just because I noticed some of these reviewes are quite old, I would add that they do take credit cards here (they are NOT cash-only) and they certainly do have espresso. It was a little tricky to find due to signage, but we're glad we did!

The reason I do not give this place 5 stars is because the menu is a little confusing - it seems to miss out on a lot of the items that they offer. They have iced drinks and flavors and what not, but the menu doesn't clearly say it so I feel like while I did enjoy my drink, I would've preferred something a little different that I wasn't aware was available.

The lady behind counter was so helpful with recommending what to get. The strawberry cheesecake mount Olympus was insane. Would recommend swapping out the strawberry syrup on the ice cream, for dark chocolate. We also got the Hazelnut puffs. The cookies and cream ice cream topping sauce was too sweet ( would have preferred dark chocolate). So Mr Puffs is basically fried dough balls with sauce on it. The Puffs are warm and paired with the ice cream, the combination is just insane. The only thing id say is, although we were 4-5 people sharing, we got 2 mount olympus 8 piece and it was an insane amount of ice cream . Id recommend even as a group , get 1 with ice cream and then just some puffs on the side :).

The patio is great during the warm months and the interior is so cute with so much to look at to stimulate your sight. Inside the service is fantastic and they have a bunch of dairy free gelato flavours including a few dairy free chocolates. I ordered a small fairy free chocolate gelato with a dairy free chocolate mint chocolate on top. This was one of the best gelatos I have had all summer. My boyfriend ordered a whit chocolate raspberry gelato with a white chocolate on top (his wasn't dairy free) but it was heavenly. This is such a cute dessert shop, I highly recommend you make it a stop going to or heading back from the Niagara region.
