If you've only experienced Starbucks in the USA, you'll be surprised when you walk in at the relative cleanliness, orderliness, and fanciness of the place. But then you'll be shocked to discover that you've seen nothing until you go upstairs, which has the look and feel of a nice hotel. There's a virtually unlimited number and variety of seating options, with about 75 seats total including both floors and the outdoor seating. Believe it or not, this is more or less typical of Starbucks in Buenos Aires, although I have to say that along with two certain locations in San Telmo, this is the nicest and most beautiful Starbucks I've ever visited.

I was very surprised to see the cashier/barista so uninterested in taking my order, I felt like I was forcing him to work long hours by getting a cup of coffee. If you arrive and have any trouble finding where those 85 seats are, check out both the upper level and the even more capacious basement. However, note that you're still likely to have trouble finding a table to yourself depending on the time of day. It's not strange for this location to have 60-70 customers at a given time during the afternoon: It's possibly the most busy Buenos Aires Starbucks. Wait time to get your drink might be about 10 minutes including both ordering and receiving your order. If you can put up with the busyness, it's quite a nice spot.
