I've never been a loyal fan of Starbucks, often finding their coffee overpriced and lacking the distinctive flavor that delivers a true "wow" factor. It's too generic (sometimes bland) for my taste. This made me quite hesitant when my wife suggested a quick breakfast visit, especially since my last experience at another branch over a year ago was also disappointing.
Upon arriving, I even thought the branch might be closed, given the old and worn-down exterior sign. However, I was pleasantly surprised once inside.
The atmosphere was great, boasting a nice view and a comfortable layout. The spacing between tables was surprisingly generous, and the tables themselves were clean. While the restroom looked old, it was impeccably clean--a significant plus, particularly since this location doesn't require an access code.
The staff were also nice and friendly, contributing to the positive experience.
Though I maintain my stance on their coffee, this specific visit has softened my general opinion of the brand. I honestly feel that they serve the best ensaymadas in town... And for that alone, I always have a reason to visit Starbucks PH! read more
