I took my bottle and say at my gate when a staff member from exki came to my table and asked me very rudely where I did I get my drink. I said I bought it from Relay, he tells me no- and proceeds to take my drink. I follow him. He goes to Relay and asks the cashier who agrees that I purchased it there. This is not enough for him, he asks her to print out the receipt! He has MY receipt in his hand and tells me that I have to have my receipt, I tell him he is a very rude man and that if I dont want my receipt I do not have to keep one. He then crumples it up and throws it in my face! Literally throws it in my face! Because of this I will unfortunately never purchase anything from here. I do hope that management sees this review, I have a video of the employee in question. This, without doubt has been an awful experience!
