Some employees there need to mind their own business. I was driving and another's car behind me was pursuing me and kept joking at me. I turned into Starbucks drive thru, and this person turns in as well and kept hooking at me. I hiked back cause it got annoying although I was terrified. A young man, an employee came out the side door and thought I was joking at him so he gave me the angry face and said something ,so I rolled my window down and told him that I was not honking at him, I honked at the car behind me that kept following me. He didn't even apologize and kept walking with an angry face. When I went to order my drinks, the person linked again and looked their window doesn't and was yelling and saying things, since I didn't understand what she was saying, I just got out my car cause if anything was going to happen, I didn't want her to get to my 16 year child that was with me in my car, so we had words back and forth and another older lady employee comes out and starts yelling at me, at this point I just pull up to get my drinks and that employee kept looking at me trying to intimidate me, she was talking to the lady in the in the car behind me and kept looking at me, so I gestured to her with my hand and asking what's going on, but she didn't say anything she just got on her phone and I believe she was calling the cops and taking my plate number down. At this point I was very upset because this lady has no clue what went down she only heard the side of the lady behind me but she did not even try to come to me and ask what was going on. At this point I am very upset because it was so unprofessional of them to try to get into something they knew nothing about. At the same time when somebody is pursuing you and honking at you that is called road rage, if anyone feels that a person did something wrong then they should call the non-emergency number and maybe report the person and the license plate not go after them like if they were a cop and try to resolve issues on their own because they don't know if someday they do this to the wrong person and that person might have a pew pew and bad things will happen. Do not believe in carrying weapons especially using it on somebody for stupid things that could be resolved. Also there have been times that I have come to this Starbucks and people have not been nice and the only reason why I go there is because it was closer to me than any other Starbucks, but I will never go there again I promise you that. I'm not telling anybody not to ever go there again but this is my story and this is a free country and I will voice my opinion especially when asked. So if you go to the store I hope that you get treated fairly and with respect because there been times that I was not treated with that same respect and I don't know why I even stay there and purchase and get done money when I'm not being treated right. I will be going to other Starbucks but not there not the one on Berkshire Commons on radio road in Naples Florida. They have very bad employees working there who need to be retrained. read more

I came here with my family. There weren't any people here at all. My family all got their drinks within 5 minutes. So I'm there waiting, and after 30 minutes my mom goes up to ask for my drink. Apparently they forgot to give it to me, and it was sitting in the sun?! It was melted by the time I got it and waited 15 minutes for them to make me a new one. I would not recommend this Starbucks to anyone. Save your time and especially your money. I ordered a simple refresher inside the store, got my order placed in a reasonable time. I than began to wait which is normal no big deal. But I than began to notice that there was customs before me waiting still for over 10 minutes. A gentleman said to me, "hopefully you get your drink sooner than I got mine", and it made me question how long I'd be waiting at this point. After about a whole 20 minutes of waiting I spoke up and asked the workers to focus on the people that have been waiting for over 20 minutes now just for 1 drink. The male worker didn't appreciate that I said that and he said to me that I'm more welcome to get a refund right over by the cashier. I laughed and said, "well at this point I'd rather get a refund". He than proceeded to say, "you can go do it right over there". As he pointed towards the cashier. After a few minutes he asked what my name was and I told him. My drink came out probably 2 minutes afterwards. I than said to him, "I can't believe you suggested me to get a refund instead of doing your job. I don't think corporate would approve of that". Newly built location with a beautiful modern atmosphere. Lines are usually awkwardly long but move quickly and the drive-thru is sometimes wrapped around the building. I see a lot of regulars hanging out here daily as well as people running over while on a work break for a caffeine fix. Outside seating is limited compared to the previous location but it seems sufficient. Service is either pleasant or rather snide. Get ready for an evil stink-eye if an error is made with your drink and they have to fix it. . read more

This location is now a "drive-thru forward" concept store, which means they focus on people in their cars and not people in the store. Don't get me started that there is no room for more cars at this location. There is ZERO retailing in the store - no displays, no cooler. No picking your own sandwich, protein pack, fruit or beverage... everything is behind the counter and you have to ask for it. It's like a guessing game to see what they have, and not even all the items available are on the minimal menu behind the counter. The place resembles a dungeon. Truly pathetic... so much for a coffee house as a warm gathering place to chat, catch up, work or just ponder. read more

Nice location. Fairly easy to get in and out, with parking lots on both sides of the store, lots of outdoor (nonsmoking) seating, and plenty of space indoors as well. Free wifi, once you accept their user agreement. They usually have a lot of staff on hand, so it never takes very long to get your beverages or food. This Starbucks is somewhat out of the way if you are traveling down I75. It is located in a fairly new shopping center and is fairly new itself. There is a lot of exterior seating as it is located on the corner of the shopping center. The interior is typical Starbucks design and the barristas are all chipper and good people. I ordered a Triple Tall, Black and White mocha and the ratios were perfect while the flavor of the coffee was also good -- none of that unclean machine flavor. If you are heading from the west coast to the east coast then this Starbucks is your last chance to get that much needed caffiene. read more

You have people from all over the country rocking their most tropical gear - palm tree and marine life tees, ankle bracelets, and even some scrunchies...which I guess aren't really tropical at all, but I digress. I am visiting from MN and went to this Starbucks yesterday and again this morning. I can not believe how rude the people are there that are taking orders. Yesterday my cousin was in line in front of me and the order taker was incredibly rude to her. Then when it was my turn, the woman said something too quiet for me to hear and left the register and never came back. Myself and 5 others were waiting and she just left. Finally after a few minutes, someone else came and took orders. Fast forward to this morning. The guy taking my order was very short with me. I asked for an iced mocha and said I wanted it with milk chocolate (not white). He said "we only have one type of mocha, it's either white chocolate or just a mocha". Ummm ok, sorry I didn't just ask for a mocha. And btw, that's 2 different kinds that you just told me. I earned a free beverage with my Starbucks rewards for the first time yesterday and wanted to use it today. I've never earned one before so I didn't know how it worked. I ordered other things in addition to my free beverage so I wasn't sure how the app works. I scanned it and wasn't sure if it took the free beverage so I asked him and he said "you want to use another free beverage?" And I said no. I wasn't sure how it worked. He, for the second time in 5 minutes, made me feel like an idiot and condescending towards me. I got upset and I said "ok look, I've never done this before". He told me to swipe and that was it. If you don't like people, don't work in customer service. Don't make people feel like they're stupid or a burden, just treat people with respect. Its not hard. I work in HR and have to deal with people all day and still have to make it a point to treat people with respect. I am really bothered by the treatment I have received twice in the last day. I go here regularly - yes it is a very busy drive thru but look at the location, what would you expect? The entire shopping center is always busy especially during morning hours. They've never messed up my order nor charged me incorrectly and the baristas/cashiers are always pleasant. Star-yuck, well, as far as the drive-thru service. Let me outline last three visits. Husband ordered black coffee of the day with whole milk--got black--had to go back in line again to have them add milk. Next time, decaf with almond milk and two Splenda--"Sorry, no decaf!" Today, my usual decaf order--"Sorry, no almond milk." My husband's usual coffee order--saw it come up on the screen as coffee of the day with 2% milk.--had to say, "I didn't ask for 2%. I want whole milk." Just crazy! Heck, they're right next to a Publix--if you run out, get some emergency supplies there. This review is only with regard to the absolutely snotty young man at the cash register. I have a cache of Starbucks gift cards but when we were there today my sister asked to exchange a $20 bill as we were on our way to support the local farmers market. The young man said he could only do this if we paid in cash as it was against policy?!? Ok then he takes her $20 and tries to give her a $5 and a few $1! Clean. Has drive thru which I love. For the most part my order are correctly prepared. The baristas are mostly friendly but there is one lady who works there that is never smiling and frankly looks miserable. Sadly, I think she's a supervisor or manager. She's been rude to me on multiple occasions. That's one of the reason for my 4 star rating. I know we all have bad days but I rarely see her smile and when you go into a place first thing in the morning and you see a sour puss, it's not a good atmosphere or way to start your day. I tend to go through the drive thru because she rarely works it. Also, in my opinion, I think Starbucks should offer way better breakfast pastries then they do. Also why I dropped a star. For what you pay, they should be delectable! I've actually thrown several away because they were dry and just not tasty. For a place that has such high standards on coffee, one would think they would be more picky about pastries. That said...I love their frappachinos and lattes!
