Order placed at 9:41 AM received confirmation back from the Starbucks app that it would be done at 9:51 AM. Arrived at the store at 9:56. All drinks are ready. Food was nowhere to be seen. Approached a barista and asked for it she indicated she would follow up. 15 minutes later still nothing was done and finally in another five minutes. The order was complete. Almost 30 minutes later than quoted back to us at the app. Additionally the store had no napkins and seemed completely overwhelmed. read more

arrogant da Sean manager. not cool. this is a new Starbucks location been opened since July, I was disrespected by an African American man named da Sean. I found out he's the manager of the store. he gave out a drink way too hot for coffee, it spilled and burned me. I had to ask for it to be remade. I was not shouting or rude. I was kind. da Sean called police next time I came by, while they parked he hi fixed and was hooting and hollering woo!! woo hoo!!! I went there Wednesday 7/31 around 4 pm. I had kind of a tough day and just wanted a pick me up. The young man at the window, that helped me was incredibly kind and sweet! This s the worst Starbucks we've ever been to. Garbage cans are overflowing outside. Asked for the manager. Told her name was Sarah but she wasn't in yet. It's 8:15 on a Monday. Really??? Floors are dirty. Both men's and women's toilets have issues and often are not able to flush. Every morning so far they are missing at least one if not two of the thermos of whole milk, skim. I'll, and half and half. We've been coming here every morning for the last week because we're staying right across the street. They generally have at least 6 staff in duty. I am a long time coffee drinker and former dunkin' employee of over 5 years and must say the 6893 collier location is one sturdy crew to work through what they do. Gabriel is very personable and thorough while keeping my order expeditious even when I can be indecisive. I look forward to returning back as I do daily! Oh my goodness! What a TERRIBLE experience! I mean, when you have things out of stock, I get it, but having a rude jerk checking you out with an ATTITUDE when you're disappointed they don't have what you want...and NOT being helpful in picking an alternative and answering with short snippy answers when you ask clarifying questions on drinks?! Wow! Then, they messed up a guys drink while I was waiting for my drink and when I asked for my drink - which no one was visibly making - she handed me the drink that had MELTED and said "this is the same thing, so take this because we don't have time"! Wow! Just wow! No one got anything they wanted today because they were out of what we wanted and the alternatives were not suggested. I am always ok when a store is awaiting a shipment - I don't write bad reviews for things they can't control - but your jerks running the counter will definitely earn you a solid one star review! I have always had fantastic service at this location. Employees are very polite and my order is ready quickly.

This is the Starbucks closest to where I live and even though I wish it were closer, it could use some improvements. I'll start with " the good " though and say that it's Starbucks! So always the option for me over Dunkin, however sometimes... to frequently for that matter, they get my order completely wrong or if I'm buying prepackaged goods, it's spoiled. I always, ALWAYS, get a venti hot chai tea latte with two shots of expresso (although of late, I cut down to 1 shot)... too many times, they give me the WRONG drink... often a regular latte with extra expresso shots, and it's ugghhhhh. It's heaven when they get my drink right... and it's definitely NOT heaven when they get it wrong. I always go through the drive through so, I'm gone by the time I realize, and stuck with a caffeine source no one wanted. The prepackaged goods issue... is also a big issue for me. I love their eggs and cheddar protein boxes, but sometimes, I guess they leave it out for too long? And the EGGS taste SOUR!!! That's just really horrible, especially tasting them expecting them to be edible. So, as I write this, my rating has actually gone down for this Starbucks. Sigh. Two stars it is. read more

It is a shame that this store manager has decided not to serve dark roast or blond coffee after 11AM since it is inconvenient and "not profitable ". Called Starbucks corp who told me this was a local decision and they could not help. Seems sad that a coffeehouse stops serving the very coffee that made them a household name! This a a great stop for breakfast, or a quick snack. I love their drinks and their food. Everything is so good and comes out fresh. However not everything comes out at the same time so you could be waiting 5 minutes for your one last drink. Other than that it's really great. I definitely recommend! read more

Very inconsistent service. Some of the staff are great and others look like they were trained to work at Dunkin instead. One day, they ran out of water and had to close early (ran out of water? How does that happen?). On Sunday, I ordered from the app and went to pick my order up. I always bring my dog with me because she loves Puppacinos (whipped cream in a cup). I was told they "couldn't do Puppacinos now". I asked if they ran out and they said yes. This was around 10 AM. They also didn't have any strawberry inclusion for a refresher. How can they run out of so many things? My drink was supposed to be a Trenta and they gave me a Venti. They remade it so quickly, I'm sure they just threw more lemonade in. Other days, it's completely fine and the staff is excellent. All of the staff need to be trained to work to an excellent level. read more

This Starbucks has amazing drive thru services, they know what they're doing. The cashier heather greeted me at the window gave me my drinks, and told me it would just be a moment for my food. While waiting I asked about the cups and she told me the black rubbery one was something everyone wanted and I should get it while in stock. I wouldn't normally bad mouth a coffee shop, but I feel it's necessary to save others from wasting what I consider, a substantial amount of money for a cup of coffee. My husband bought me a tall carmel macchiato today, I woke up about a half hour later, opened the cup and there was less than a half a cup. I realize there is foam, but come on. He paid $4.30 for this. By the way, about .80 cents more than in PA. I ended up making a cup at home anyway, because the amount in the cup was about two mouths full. All I can say is, never again!!! Im sorry for the probably butchered spelling, is probably one of the kindest ladies I've ever met. Finally, teagan is one of the most energetic people ever! He constantly makes my experience at this starbucks so great. And this is just some of the lovely staff that I've had the pleasure of meeting. Looking at previous reviews based on the staff, I can truly see the growth this store has made. I have been waiting years for this excellent position of a location to open. I was going to give three stars but Tamara was awesome and fix my drink up right, having recognized it was entered wrong. But that's OK because it taste delicious! Thank you for putting a Starbucks here. Five stars will come when the green beans are entering g and making the drinks correctly. They are still learning about Starbucks Double Shot on ice, and the fact that it's shaken, shaken well. My regular store in another city makes them all day long so it's no big deal. read more
