Very pleasant Barista, quickly took care of my drink order of the maple pecan cold foam, told me about another fall offer they had, which I was already debating on getting at full price, but the special offer was for half price. So it was a win-win! Enjoyed the attentiveness of the Barista, so rare at Starbucks, even though a line was gathering. I normally avoid reviewing a big chain like this but had to make a exception in this case. All starbucks quality standard and expectations are met here in terms of product. Speed is okay, no real consistent issues there either. Good amount of outlets for your electronic devices if you're there to lounge. My only real beef was what is in this photo. Notice the "No Whip" on the label... I'm not going to slam the place but it is a point deduction for execution. read more

Out of all the Starbucks in the 815 area, this is by far my favorite. Always on top of things, offering their new drinks or food items to me. Lines always move quickly, staff is super sweet. Tim is by far the sweetest employee I have encountered at a Starbucks to date. read more

I've got nothing against the people working here. They all seem perfectly nice and have, in my experience, only messed up my order once, which I'd say is about par for the course with any high volume made-to-order kind of establishment. But holy hell, their drive-thru is just terrible. I usually wind up here whenever I'm in the area for work, and there's in general a ten minute wait (or more) in their drive-thru no matter what time I go, even outside of your traditionally accepted peak morning hours. I feel like part of that is just the employees being friendly - per Starbucks standard practice, they'll usually at the bare minimum inquire how your day is going at the window, which (from what I've noticed) turns a single-drink transaction that should take thirty seconds into a minutes-long ordeal thanks to the folksy locals who never seem to be in any kind of rush and are more than willing to tell you how all seventeen of their grandchildren are doing while there's a line of sixteen cars behind them. I've been a car back multiple times, listening to some loud conversation go on well after the drink has been handed out, and that's not a great way to run a business where the perception is "Hey, this should be quick". The few times I've gone in because the line was unforgivable were a lot speedier and seemed much more efficient. Like I said, everyone is nice here, but they really need to figure out a way to move the drive-thru along, and that definitely means less conversating with the locals - because this isn't a Circle K, guys. read more

Went in forgot my mask, guy takin g my order said" we can get started when you put on a mask, here's one" ok I thought no problem. I went to wait for my drinks at the end and see two employees with their masks pulled down completely, not covering nose or mouth! How hypocritical is that? If your going to police the public ya better get a grip on your employees first. read more

It's usually a hit or miss here. Going in to get pick up orders, you typically see lots of staff are on their phones, recording videos of each other goofing around, do not wear their masks, or getting in the way of the poor baristas trying to fulfill orders :/ Never had a bad experience with Abby or Brandon, for sure tho! Have rarely had an order messed up, just seems like there's a 50 percent chance of awkward/unwelcoming staff sometimes! read more

3 stars because I see the effort behind the counter to make drinks. But this location in particular is probably the slowest one in town. There have been two times when I've ordered a plain black coffee (which the baristas normally turn around and pour quickly while the customer pays) and the barista has completely forgot about my order. I try not to get frustrated but it's hard when I watch people with complicated orders leave the store before me. My lesson learned: do a mobile order next time. read more

I LOVE this Starbucks. They are always on top of their game and push drinks out quickly. You can also order off the app and pick it up at the store so you can avoid lines. Best idea ever. I usually order off of it when I'm leaving my house & it's there hot and ready when I get there. read more

I love the Chai Tea here and like to go in on a Sunday and do some work on my computer. The thing is the people that work there are SO LOUD. I don't expect it to be library quiet but it's like a sorority party in there. I feel like its very unprofessional to talk about your private life so loudly in a work environment. Went to the drive thru which they cannot display drinks even tho there known for drinks, ordered my usual and they were out of it. So I had to figure out something else, told the guy that there wasn't a drink menu and he happily said ya the drive thru is for regulars and for people that know what they want. This location is consistently slow. My order was right and tasted good. Just very disingenuous the speed of getting my coffee.

Don't come here if you are ever trying to get somewhere on time. Even if you plan for plenty of time to get coffee and make it to work...you won't. This location has frustrated me time and time again with their slow service! I am a Starbucks advocate and have been a consumer at many different Starbucks, none this slow. read more

Great coffee definitely better than most others my only gripe is the people just don't seem friendly. It's strictly business which isn't a bad thing it's just not exactly a good thing for a service type business. A smile will go a long way especially in the morning or after a long hard day at work.
