The supervisor aka Manger is extremely unprofessional while traveling through with my family we stopped at Starbucks the Manger was doing an interview with a sweet young lady. Amy was extremely harsh and rude to this young lady. Pretty unprofessional and sad especially coming from an hiring supervisor in her late forty's looking like she has been on meth and heroin her entire life. The young lady was dressed professional and was extremely upset leaving but she was trying to get employment unlike most people her age now days. Customer service and attractive attitudes mesh well! My experience was great and my drink was made perfect. I went by Starbucks this morning--knowing that I wanted to order a Venti Caramel Macchiato. However, when I drove up to the speaker, a vibrant and happy voice came over the net and totally woke me up. At that moment I forgot what I wanted... (LOL!) but it was pleasant to hear a happy voice at Starbucks. I made my order and was greeted by a lady named Crystal who was just as nice as she was over the speaker. I am very big on Starbucks even with purchasing reusable cups. I came into this location to pick up 5 drinks as a mobile order. I placed a mobile order for me to run in and run out. I have kids in my car so I used the mobile to be super fast transaction. Well, this wasn't the best mobile transaction I have encountered. I called to make sure my order was ready before stepping foot out of my car and they had said yes it was. I walked in and encountered Chloe I asked where my drinks were they said they were ready. Clearly they was not. She continued to look at me dumb founded when I expressed I had kids in the car and I called to make sure I can run in and grab and go. I left and came back in and they were STILL not even ready in a drink holder. Normally Starbucks employees are on it to take care of their customers Chloe had no desire to help. However, the floors were a bit dirty and we noticed a weird smell as we lined up to place our order (next to the mounds and mounds of product boxes that needed to be shelved). The cashier and accompanying baristas were very obviously not thrilled to be working on a Monday morning... which I can't blame them for, but it was not a friendly environment to walk into. This store needs to be on manual ordering and def should receive their shipment more than twice a week. They are always out of stuff and it's not even their fault. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Starbucks that I've ever been to in my entire life. And I say that as a person who loves Starbucks and lived in the Seattle area where the original Starbucks was born. We have a large family and we placed a mobile order while on the road & very close to the store. At the ordering kiosk we were immediately hijacked with a complaint from the barista about the size of our order. We have seven people in our family and we ordered two muffins, two chocolate croissants, two impossible sandwiches and banana bread. We also ordered 5 milks and 2 coffees. So yes, a large order. When we went through the barista at the drive-through told us that the order was too recently placed and too large and said that they may not have it ready by time we got to the window. So silently we assumed that because there were several cars in front of us by the time we reached the window they would be able to get the order together or ask us to pull forward. Then out of nowhere the manager got on the mic and told us that the order was too large and lectured us that we shouldn't expect it to be ready by the time we get to the drive-through. He also told us that ordering from the app doesn't put us ahead of anyone. My husband calmly asked that if we placed the same order at the window would it not be ready just like everyone else's order? To that he basically responded that we don't get any special treatment, which we weren't asking for. We just wanted our food. Then he insisted that we "just come in." The reason why we decided to place this large order in the first place was because Starbucks was offering 60 bonus stars for ordering over $20. At that point in time my husband went in and heard the manager in the open & behind the counter disrespectfully discussing our order with other staff loudly enough that he could hear as he entered. My husband decided that they were so rude we would just cancel the order. The manager became increasingly irritated and disrespectful and told us to "go ahead" We don't know if our $50+ order will be canceled or not because he refused to give any other response or forward motion for the return. I usually go through with my dog in the car, never had an issue asking for the pup cup, I usually get one offered as soon as the cashier sees that I have him with me. I've been to many Starbucks multiple locations in the US cities and few other countries. I think this is the slowest location- drive through is the worst. I gave up drive through, went in store to order but lines are moving just too slow. Few times I saw there are more baristas in the store than customers. It maybe that the location has too many indecisive customers. Maybe the location often has too many items are out so that slows down decision making for already indecisive customers. Lawton needs more stores. Also Can the store do anything to get rid of flies? And dear baristas, we could use more smile and energy from you... This review of 2 stars is based on this locations lack of - well, items on the menu. I'm not talking about one visit. I'm talking my visit last week when they were out of bananas for the choc smoothie AND the spinach turnover. And the two weeks before that, headed over at 11am and they were out of ALL bfast sandwiches. A month before that, they had a sign up saying they didn't have cups for any cold drinks bigger than a tall (hello, hot cups can be used for cold drinks), and they were out of some sandwiches and pastries. But of trend developing, wouldn't you say? The staff continues to be nice. The stock continues to be lacking. They revamped the building but there's nothing inside to sell!! I get that Lawton isn't a hustling, bustling metropolis. However, there are entire companies that all they do is supply chain and inventory analysis. The good thing is that since it's the only one, the cafe itself is huge with lots of seating and there is a drive through. This has to be the slowest, rudest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've come here 3 times in the past month and have asked for a refund each time because I was going to be late to work after waiting 20minutes for a nitro cold brew. The employees are rude and don't greet you when you walk in. Hell, my cashier didn't even greet me when I walked up to the register - she just blankly stared. Today was the final straw for me - I walked in and waited at the register for a minute or two..nobody says anything..just takes quick glances at me. Granted, they are always busy and have a sh*t ton of orders going but either way, greet customers when you see them. It's literally your job. The drive can only handle one car waiting to order at a time. Any more than that and the overflow spills out onto the road causing traffic ridiculousness. Pretty normal Starbucks, except the baristas have been consistently rude, no smiles, nothing, and the drive-thru is HORRIBLE. It causes a traffic jam if you want to go the Home Depot or even Arby's.
