They brought in new staff from who knows where to run the facility and in this time, my coffee order has gone from 3 to 5 minutes to about 17 minutes waiting for my coffee. The other day I pulled up and overheard the new staff telling the delivery guy about why the other employees were fired, which I thought was completely unprofessional. Why does the delivery driver need to know the business? She was well aware that there was people in line with their windows open and could hear very clearly what was being said. I thought this was just completely unprofessional and out of line. As I am sure there's probably something stating they're not supposed to be talking about whatever happened. I used to be a scooters buyer. However, since the new management and wait times, I probably won't be back.

I purchased a coffee, toasted bagel with cream cheese, ham and cheese croissant and a bottle of water. The coffee and water were fine. No issues. However my daughter's bagel came in a bag that had sticky chunks of something red on the outside. I asked the attendant to remove it or change out the bag. She walked it over to the trash can and flicked off the red stuff and handed it back. I approached her again and asked what it was and she responded "it was just strawberry". So be warned - if you have a strawberry allergy (or any allergy) this place doesn't appear to practice good food handling to reduce cross contamination. The bagel we had asked to be toasted was lukewarm at best. It was not toasted. Additionally, it was not fresh and tasted store bought. My daughter didn't even finish it. The croissant sandwich I ordered came out greasy and flat. The cheese appeared to be a processed liquid-cheese. I do not feel it was worth what I paid for it. I expected a nicer experience.
