Starbucks - I-45 Huntsville Third time is usually a charm. Renovated, 2024. I came in here for few hours while traveling through. Starbucks introduced their new, Guatemala blend for the Fall Season 2025, "Casi Cielo." My friendly barista, Azalea, helped me order, Casi Cielo." I had some other personal questions about the area that she helped me with. If you're looking for friendly, helpful and easily approachable baristas, you can't go wrong here. Thank you, Azalea! I've tried, "Casi Cielo," first time at another location and it was too diluted with water. I didn't really like it. Then I went to another location on a different day to see if my results would be same. Second time it tasted bold and flavorful. Third time should be a charm. At this location I order it and it was full of bold flavors of medium roast. It has good texture when it lands on your tongue. The place itself is very welcoming and major reason isn't because of the newly renovated interior. Staff is the number one reason! New renovated and elegant design is secondary reason to stop by here and enjoy your stay. From the outside, I will mention, parking is limited. You will find in front of the building, about fifteen spaces including two reserved for special assistance folks. I do like that front of the building by Patio and Drive Thru, has a big beautiful tree, providing good shade. Patio offers one large table by front entrance with up to six chairs. Around the corner by the Drive Thru, you'll find additional seating. Seven tables with fourteen chairs. The highlight of the patio that I really like is the three tables against the building, look like they're in their own cubbyholes with mini covered awnings. Once you step inside, you'll feel the modern renovations. Immediately to your right, you'll see a large leather bench against large panels of windows. The bench has plenty of plugs and USB ports for the seven tables along the length of the bench. In the middle of the room you'll also see six additional tables with twelve chairs. This is the first location for me to see all black chairs. That's certainly a nice touch and makes this location stand out. The Order and Pick-Up counters look clean. If you're traveling through or live in the area, either way, you'll enjoy your experience. This is ideal space for students or remote workers. I'm looking forward to returning and duplicating my experience. read more

This location is right off the highway we're coming through town , we don't even live here long story short .. If my uncle did not need caffeine we would not use this location because the bathroom is closed.. my aunt had to use the restroom really badly she has a bladder problem but thank God there was Burger King next door so we can go inside and use it I'm fortunately I don't give this Starbucks location a high review... Honestly don't know why I keep giving this location chances. I would place my order early in the morning before work and arrive 15-20 minutes AFTER placing my order and still wasn't ready. Meanwhile, countless other customers would walk in and out with their orders while I had to wait another 10 minutes. So, I just stopped going to this location in the mornings. I only use Kroger and Target locations. Today, I went through the drive thru for a coffee frapp w/whipped cream for my daughter. I didn't notice until I pulled in my driveway that they had given me a grande frapp with half coffee and half whipped cream. The second pic shows what it looked like after my daughter drank the coffee. It was more whipped cream than coffee. Work trip from Houston to Dallas, stopped by to get some coffee and an egg/bacon/Gouda sandwich for "now", and then a chicken wrap protein box for "later" when arrive to Dallas since would have no time to actually go for lunch. The sandwich was old and dry, and even warming it up didn't make a trick of "brining it back to life". Four hours later got to the office and was looking forward to snacking on the protein box. Opened. Cucumbers looked very suspicious: soggy and slippery...yak!! turned around the box, found an expiration date. Oh yeah! It expired 2 days prior! Thank goodness I saw the cucumbers first and didn't bite the wrap. I would've been sick sick!! Called the customer service; two times repeated myself to representatives pretty much word to word, and two times they did nothing! They were not saying anything, then told me their system was acting out, then calls were dropped. I had no more time, energy or desire to deal with the useless customer service. It is a multi billion company, but somehow it has a pathetic system that doesn't work. You charge for your coffee gazilion amount of money when it costs you 9 cents, and can't have operating system and normal people providing service over the phone?! I say Starbucks got really snobbish and spoiled with people consuming their product lately: the quality has gone down, service in stores and over the phone is non-existent and stores are 90% of the time dirty and so bathrooms are! read more

What I got: Grande iced cinnamon almond milk macchiato and a bacon gouda sandwich. How was the service: there were only 3 workers and they were severely backed up. I got my sandwich in like 5 minutes but it took roughly 30 to get my drink. People were demanding their money back. How was the food: the sandwich was good, and so was the drink. But I've also gotten equal results in considerably less time. Overall: If I ever go back, it'll have to be through the drive through. I'm avoiding going inside at all costs. read more

Ok, so if you are at the drive thru, of course you get priority. Beware if you don't use your app and order ahead..going inside, there will be a long wait even if there is no line on the inside. With 7 employees behind the counter, it would seem to be enough to keep things rolling. I don't have as big of an issue with waiting as I have with the filthy bathrooms...see attached pics. 9:30 on a Saturday morning, sunny outside and no moisture on the ground....yet trash was overflowing in bathroom as well as behind coffee counter...and bathroom floors and sinks looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. I stopped by this Starbucks in Huntsville IH 45 on my way to Dallas. When I got to the cashier ,there was one other customer ordering and 4 employees hovering over one cash register taking care of one customer. I asked if the other register is open and all then all hell broke loose. The trainer a young black girl shouted that can't you see I am training these new employees and when I asked isn't someone else to work the other register ,another rude employee who introduced herself as Taylor shouted again . It took 30 minutes to get a grande cold brew and a cup of ice water. Last time I was there it took over 40 minutes for an iced shaken espresso and a cold brew. I live in Huntsville it hasn't always been like this they once had a crew that had you in and out and I'm not just saying this but they never got my order wrong. The tipping hadn't come out then but if it had I would've been a lot more likely to want to tip. Today I hadn't even made it through the front door before seeing a sign on the front that states: "Sorry we are out of venti cups, the largest size we can do is grande in hot beverages -Thanks" As a customer, I feel that this message is very uncaring and short. The use of "sorry" seems to be thrown in at the beginning as an obligation, as if they don't really care that customers are being turned away by their lack of product.
