The people here are nice but some of them don't drink coffee which is hilarious to me. If I worked here I'd be wired up all day and my customer service would be super on point. Haha However, I give them 5 stars because 1) I'm from Hernando 2) Starbucks in Hernando? Whaaaat 3) efficient and consistent I've been here 4 times since I've been in town. I'm a Starbucks fan so I was very excited to find this location relatively close to where I was staying in Coldwater. I typically also don't have any qualms with Starbucks located in places like Kroger or Target. Sadly, this location didn't live up to standards. My wife ordered a Venti London Fog which the made with only 1 tea bag and filled only 3/4 full (didn't realize this until I was back in Coldwater). Additionally, they made it like a traditional unsweetened Earl Gray tea rather than a London Fog (which is essentially a vanilla sweetened Earl Gray latte). Feeling the holiday spirit, I ordered a Peppermint Mocha. Mine was delicious but they didn't make it very hot and it was already cooled off by the time I got back to the freeway. Final disappointment was that my Starbucks app didn't work there for whatever reason. At least the staff was friendly. read more

This Starbucks is conveniently located inside the Kroger grocery store. This Sunday night it was about 7:30 pm and they were still open. All items were readily available. The staff was friendly and had great attitudes, very nice. We ordered the Hot Butterscotch Latte and an iced Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. Both in the Venti size. The beverages were made correctly and taste delicious, prepared as perfectly as I remembered from other locations in the city we are from. Coffee shop was clean, and self-serve products were organized and straight. Tables were wiped down and no debris or trash was on the floors. Nice spot. This was a good night for Starbucks Coffee. We will return to this location when we are in the Hernando MS area again. read more

Ive come here twice this week and already fully understand why this location has such a poor rating. It's so disappointing.

I normally do not leave bad reviews, but I am a regular Starbucks customer and this was some of the worst service I've had. I ordered a grande iced coffee and the employee tried to charge me $6 for a GRANDE iced coffee. Since I'm a regular goer, I know that a venti is $3 and change. She tried to tell me most people do not ring up items properly and that's why it was more expensive. She then changed it, but it was still completely over priced. I think if most people "didn't ring up iced coffees properly" my drink would not be the same price at all other Starbucks in town besides this one. Then, the barista that made it rudely asked if it was my drink and slid it across the counter to me. I went to this location out of convenience, but I will definitely not be returning. read more

I waited in line for 30 minutes to get my drink that I get almost every single day (white chocolate mocha) and it's definitely made wrong. I tried tasting it and it was pretty much made without any white chocolate syrup. So I just asked if I could have some in there and the guy with the red hair gave me attitude. I work in Hernando and have been to this location several times. The workers are rude more often than not and they don't know how to mix the drinks. It's obvious they are Kroger employees and not Starbucks baristas. Today's trip was no exception to poor service and messed up orders. I ordered a vanilla cake pop and got a chocolate one. Ordered two toffee nut lattes and one had no syrup. The woman making the drinks was rude and they left off my baked goods. Also, don't try to use a star reward. They'll charge your reward and account. The only "good" thing is the location. If you're traveling, go on to Horn Lake or Southaven for a better experience. read more

They NEVER make my drinks right, never had a drink carrier, SLOOOOOW, and do not know how to use all their "buttons" as they call it, so cant make certain drinks. Don't waste your money. read more
