Today I went through the drive through, I paid with a gift card. The girl tried to keep my gift card, telling me there was nothing left, I asked for a receipt and magically she said there was still 16 dollars on it and gave me back my gift card! She wasn't willing to until I asked for the receipt! Looked bad on her part! So coming from Arizona where there is a Starbucks on each corner it's weird that there are virtually no coffee shops in Ft Myers. No Starbucks, Dutch Brothers any of the West Coast chains . And this location is way small, less food options , not as high tech as West Coast stores...Staff is super nice ...If they had half of what stores in Arizona have they would double business. Also lots of gift options for the coffee drinkers in the West Coast stores...This staff is great but could use more food, drink and retail items. read more

I understand that Sunday mornings are crowded. But we waited here for an hour to get a black coffee and a cold brew, two items that take absolutely no prep time. These types of orders usually get fulfilled at the counter bc they're so fast and should not be going into the sticker queue with mobile orders and fancy espresso drinks. Not only that but when our stickers get lost, there's little understanding from the staff which doubled our wait time bc they couldn't pour a cup of coffee and cold brew. You would assume this place has it together. There are 8 employees and only one making coffee. The estimated time usually is about 20 mins to get what you ordered. There are always a ton of people waiting. Management needs to look at the organization here and how things are made in a timely manner. The system does NOT work for this location. read more

Honestly, I told him my iced tea was a bit watered down and he offered to remake it with less water and even brought it over to me in less than 5 minutes. Great experience. Never has any pumpkin! I'll just go to Dunkin' Donuts across the street. It's cheaper and never out of pumpkin drinks.

I love Starbucks but I hate this location. I've been here a couple times and the same problem happens. Today I ordered a cheese Danish, cookie, and caramel ribbon crunch. I did a mobile order and it said my order would be ready at 9:55. I get there at 9:53 and my cheese danish and cookie is there so I wait for my drink. Seven minutes go by and it's now 10:00 I go up and ask if my drink is being made. They apologize and say they will have it made. I sit down and see a cup that looks like it has caramel so I wait for my drink but instead of making my drink they refill cups, lids, trays, and literally anything. It is now 10:07 and nothing so I go try to ask but there was a line. I saw people getting their drinks but I was before them. This Starbucks has horrible customer service. I will NOT be coming back horrible customer service and they lie. read more

Worst Starbucks in Fort Myers!!!!! We waited in line for an hour today to get our drinks and 3 scones. We got our drinks and they were completely wrong. My white chocolate Mocah was just a Mocah (no white chocolate) and my boyfriends caramel Frappuccino was completely watered down and the whip was melted down because of how long it was sitting. Seriously the WORST and SLOWEST Starbucks EVER!! Guaranteed to take 30+ minutes to get your order whether you order ahead or not and whether you go in or use drive thru. And after waiting all that time to get to the squawk box or your name called, only for your order to not even be started because they are always out of everything. This place has changed a lot. New staff and very friendly. I appreciate I am remembered every time I come in and my order is also remembered. I did not give it a five star because the place is so busy I believe the cleaning gets put on the back burner. Otherwise love to come here. Noise during the day is pretty loud. Ysabel at this location was incredibly rude when we came 2 minutes early for our mobile order. The drinks were not made correctly. We submitted our order about 5 minutes before we made it to the location. We were not rude or upset since we know we were a little early, but she kept saying "Check your mobile order time before you come". This has to be the worst Starbucks in all of Lee County. Every time I go here there's some sort of problem. Either they lose your mobile order, have two people working, or make your drink wrong. Don't ever waste your time going through the drive thru... it's always 20-30 minutes wait no matter how many customers they have. Although it seems to be surviving with a steady stream of customers, the service & management have not improved. The coffee is the usual Starbucks' fine quality, but at the separate counter where you ad milk & sugar there is NO MILK at all; only cream. What is up with that? Have you ever been in a Starbucks that has no milk at all, whole, 2% or no-fat - only cream? I really don't care for cream, either the calories or the taste. Having an antsy drive in the rain through the highway and while they were busy and understaffed we had an excellent partner actually run our drinks out to us while we were in the DT line after I had called to ask if the wait was long enough for us to just leave. I don't live in this area and only stopped because it was storming, but they went above and BEYOND what they had to do to make the moment more than right! Don't go to this location if you don't want to get yelled at, I came in to pick up my order and when I got to the counter I saw my Frappuccino ready to go, I waited for 20 minutes (not exaggerating) for someone to come and bag it, by this time the drink was basically soup and instead of having them remake it for me I started to bag it myself since the bags were available. When I grabbed the bag this worker 6"3" tall old lady yelled at me for doing so and I brought up the fact my drink was melted and she ignored me. Not only that I asked if everything was in the bag she handed to me, in a separate order and she said "I don't know your the one who bagged it" instead of telling me what the contents were in the bag that she bag herself and then she proceeded to shove her liberal political ideology down my throat for not wearing a mask even though it's is not mandated in Florida..
