Don't order any of the summer Berry drinks.They are a total rip off. I got a Grande and it was so full of ice. That there was only 3 sips in it. I went in and asked and they did offer to trade it this time but made me feel like a crook for actually wanting something in my drink other than ice. Just deleted my Starbucks app after20 years. I come here 5 days a week at the minimum and never once have I had an order made wrong and I always order something different. My Order: Venti Iced Chai Latte, light ice, pumpkin cream cold foam, double blonde espresso shot, 7 pumps chai, 5 pumps cinnamon dolce, 2 pumps pumpkin, cinnamon dolce topping, cinnamon powder. Execution of Our Order: My order would be considered a complicated drink to any new batista. With that said never once have I had a drink made wrong here. Seating: They have both inside and outside seating perfect place to enjoy a drink throughout the day. Staff and Services: The staff here are always smiling and very welcoming. Since they've opened I've never had a single bad experience with any of the batistas here. Drink Menu: They have a very nice variety of drinks and many combinations to choose from. I always order something unique or complicated and I'm happy I have so many choices to customize from. Food Menu: They have a good food menu, this trip I didn't get anything to eat but my go to is their muffins their my all time favorite. Prices: $-$$ Prices depend on how many add ins you add to your drinks or if you get it as is on the menu. Cleanliness: It's always clean when I've gone inside this time I went through the drive thru. Overall Experience: My overall experience here is amazing! Rating: 10/10 Recommendation: I definitely recommend coming here if you want a truly customized drink. I don't ofter want a over priced over sugar-ed over caffeined drink, BUT, my dog loves pup-cups. So for the sake of her I on occasion go to Starbucks. When I want to go to the worst Starbucks in the world I go to Circleville. When they hire personal they ask are you stuck up and do you despise common people who drive trucks with dogs, if they say yes that is a plus. Next question. Do you feel your "too good" to provide service? that's another plus. Final question does the world revolve around you? A yes and your hired. I must admit they do get orders correct, on occasion. But I'm amazed how often they are out of wipped cream, almost every drink they offer uses wipped cream.....so I end up with no pupcup. Spacious interior, well designed drive thru, everything that is needed for someone to get their coffee kick after hours of driving for a road trip. This location was very clean and the baristas were so friendly. It could all be in my head....but my specialty cold brew was one of the best I've ever had too. I just love starbucks! read more

Hiya, I moved here about four years ago, and I've been to this Starbucks multiple times. And boy I'll tell ya, all of the times sucked. Yes the drinks are AMAZING but the customer service is HORRIBLE. Wow amazing and horrible In the same sentence? They are ALWAYS out of something, and the place is ran by teenagers. Why is that relevant? Well one day me and my mom went inside, and it took us MINUTES to be acknowledged. Some of the girls looked at us.. but didn't bother helping. But holy crap.. today has put the cherry on the top. There was a special collab between stranger Things and Starbucks and is on their website. My mom asked for the drink.. and OFC they didn't have it.. shocker? But the kind guy took our usual order. But then some girl got on the speaker and proceeded to call my almost 40 year old mother "honey" tf??? How rude and condescending?? And then when we moved up a little bit, she talked again saying how they'll never make it. That whole encounter was rude and annoying.. then we get up to the window and my drink doesn't even have cold foam on it, even though we specifically ordered it to have cold foam. What is terrible experience just go to the Dunkin in Walmart, or support local businesses and go to Sciota Valley, or go to the new coffee shop in the main part of circleville. read more

We ordered this morning online, we came to get the drinks and didn't hear from anyone through the drive through for 2 minutes while the line had one car in line. We then proceeded to ask for a cup holder, we get handed our drinks and the cup holder isn't even big enough to keep the drinks contained so all 4 of them just start falling out of the cup holder getting drinks everywhere. The drive through attendant then says "yeah the cupholders aren't the best...would you like some napkins?" and didn't even offer to remake drinks or apologize. At the end of the day I would have liked to know that the cupholders were so flimsy because then it would have saved cleaning the car of coffee and milk. read more

This stand alone is absolutely terrible, they don't make the drinks properly, their service sucks to the point they are rude and unprofessional, the management has no clue how properly address an issue. They up charge people on things in drinks that you don't ask for bc they want to make it there way. One morning I went to this location order a drink and then went to Starbucks in Kroger. Completely 2 different prices bc they ad things into my drink that shouldn't be there. And if you question them at the stand alone they get very defensive and can never explain how or what the drink is supposed to have in it, now if you go to Kroger's Starbucks Alicia or any of her girls are very knowledgeable and can explain start to finish what goes in the drink and the proper way and way there may be or may not be a charge. If the standalone had Alicia as the manager then the volume of people and the business would be the best around. She is needed at both stores as the manager bc hands down this is the reason Krogers Starbucks operates flawlessly! So to everyone out there you want a drink made right and with ladies that will treat you like a person don't go to the standalone, drive across town and go to Kroger's they will make sure you are served the proper way and with a smile. read more

Stopped at this location a month ago and after waiting 20 minutes to order they were out of black tea. Tried to stop a couple weeks ago and they were closed. Stopped again today and they were closed again! Would not recommend this location. read more

I want to like this place......but, this was my last experience here. 4 of us went into the location, 3 of us ordered drinks, 2 of the drinks were cold beverages and 1 was a hot beverage. We waited 30 minutes- yes 30 minutes and I still didn't have my hot beverage. I asked for my money back and we left. What we did receive tasted great and was Starbucks quality. I'm also pretty sure that the girl working the expresso machine black Friday could have gotten twice as much done if she stopped telling everyone how long she was working that day. Many of us work 16 hour shifts or more, and if she is that unhappy she should get another job. We stood there long enough that it also appeared this same girl was picking the order stickers out for her regular customers first and preparing them...not appreciated and unprofessional. If I am going to spend my hard earned money on drinks this expensive, it won't be at a place with this type of customer service. I don't plan to return. There are 2 other adorable locally owned coffee shops in town I will frequent. read more
