The Good Braum's of Bartlesville…read more We go here at least weekly. They are always consistent. The bag of burger deal is one of the best deals around. The quality of the food is always up to Braum's standards. The ice cream is always setup properly. The shakes are thick. They honor our request to give us crispier fries. The service is fast and friendly. The grocery section is clean and organized. The dining ares is kept up and clean. For a fast food place it's about as good as you can get.

We were all hungry and fatigued. Braum's has something for everyone. The menu has a wide variety of fast-food, and, if that doesn't hit, they have a little market next door. It's just a perfect place to take a travel rest. Apparently they are a chain, so look for them regionally.

When I posted this review after electing to use my current location, the site mistakenly marked it as Bartlesville, OK.

Service was good, ordered the melted meatball pizza…read more Watched a gentleman throw the dough up and up and up, to get it ready to bake, I guess. Think he overworked the dough by the chew it had when it became my pizza. The meatballs? Were shredded pieces of meat? Spread barely across the pizza, there was hardly any. The dough was so thin that the first piece I picked up my fingers went through. It had mozzarella on it, I didn't see the shredded parmesan. After eating 4 pieces of the pizza, I realized I was still hungry. And this measly thing wasn't going to do it. Very disappointed. The flavor is all there, but just no toppings to mention. Oh and I saw two or three thin mushroom slices. The atmosphere was great; it was cool inside and darkish. Around 3Pm early afternoon on a Wednesday.

** Good food, rough service**…read more The food was honestly good, and I'd have given more stars if that were the whole story. But the service really let us down. Our table got the wrong food, and ours ended up at a different table, so everything came out at the wrong times. We were basically eating in shifts, and some of the food was cooling off before everyone had theirs. When we brought it up to the manager, they couldn't have cared less. No apology, no effort to make it right, nothing. The kitchen clearly knows what it's doing, but the front of house needs work. If the manager did apologize or offer anything, let me know and I'll adjust, but as written it reads as if they brushed it off entirely.

Food has good flavor Shakes do as well…read more Customer service is friendly, helpful, and quick But the value is just not there. Everything is overpriced. Two people with wraps, shake, fruit was just under $30. This is for enough food to barely classify as a meal. The banana was a complete one but the smallest I'd ever seen. The apple was an overripe small cheap Granny Smith apple. To further irritate me, they are the first restaurant I've ever seen with a reward program with an expiring point system. I'll drive a few blocks further to grab a wrap at chic filet. It would be cheaper, more filling, as good (or better), and I would add to a true reward system (i have reward points stockpiled from 10 years ago thru CFA).
