Dr. Kowalski, and a PA who works with him named Scott, have provided me the best medical care I have had. Everything about the place is first-rate. I have fairly high standards, having worked in the medical field, and having been injured a great many times. I will not go to another doctor, or office in this town unless absolutely necessary.

I got checked in by a very professional young lady named Brooke and I sat down in the waiting room. At 0920, I was escorted to the xray room where another professional tech issued me a pair of paper shorts to get my X-rays taken. At 0925 I was escorted by a young female who was new and we went to two rooms before she found the room I was supposed to be in. I was in that room from about 0930 to 0958. Mind you, my appointment was for 0930. At 0958, I removed my paper shorts, put my clothes on, folded their paper shorts and laid them on their gurney in the room. 30 minutes waiting and no one came to apologize for the tardiness of their NP/PA that I was supposed to see. I walked out of that clinic. They have no respect for their patients/clients who have to wait that long after their appointment time. I posted on their site my complaint and I've yet to hear from them. Goes to show you how much they care about patient relationships.

So I played this back and forth calling between dr's and Bone & Joint told me they would get them. But they would have to reschedule me for JUNE!!! All because they didn't do their job to begin with and their Xray machines were broken so they couldn't do the imaging themselves?? How do they do business If they don't have the proper equipment.?? So today after calling in to make sure we are all good for my appointment, I spoke with Emily and she said they don't have records so we will need to reschedule again and I asked why they don't have them and I can't keep waiting months for them to do their job and she just hung up on me. Message received: Don't go here! All the bad reviews are right and the people here could care less and are extremely rude and you will waste months in pain on their lengthy appointment waitlist and never get taken care of anyway.

Friendly, personable and funny. Some of his staff on the other hand have no idea what it takes to deal with patients, customers. The ladies who answer there phones and work he front desk are nothing short of rude. With what I call thinly disguised contempt. And just when I thought the ladies working the Clarksville and Pleasant View offices were bad at cutover service. I had to go to the Springfield office. And that lady was clearly pissed off that interrupt her personal phone call. Now his Physicians assistants and Laura who does his Scheduling are also very good and friendly. There offices are always clean, tidy and in good repair, you just need to bring a sweater or jacket because they keep it cold.

It's another to disrespect service members, concerned family, and straight up refuse to even discuss semantics of how this injury could be pre-existing. He said he could have done it as a TEEN or with a FALL? A fall? The lies we tell ourselves.... Who gets mad when someone says doctor I need your professional opinion I need YOU TO HELP US? So let me get this right Doc; you can't tell me how it occurs, can't tell me why, can't tell me if he had that birth, if it was a previous injury or what kind of injury would cause this ( which it surely is not) and /or an estimation of a time it occurred like years ago or recently, CANT TELL ME what you can see on MRI ( which he refused) versus X-ray....gave my husband a lidocaine shot and said " sure I can fix it but it's not from your job." Wow really? I wish I could be a doctor and just refuse to educate my patients or help them. You don't get to refuse to explain yourself to your patients because you own a practice sir. I see why big corporations choose you. You tell them what they want to hear, ignore patient concerns, and throw meds. He didn't even ask what he's already taking.... a whole joke. Then after he gave the shot in the hand... get this - put the band aid in the wrong place. Someone tell me I'm living a joke right now!
