Jonathan gave me dry needling with a deft hand several times while Dillon took care of my exercising, soft tissue work, and cheerleading. Both men I would highly recommend. The office environment is professional but light with lots of conversation with any and everyone. It makes the time pass much quicker and adds a little spice to repetitive routines. All and all I am 95% better than when I first darkened their door. Hats off to them, especially Dillon who will begin his first "real" job with the NY Giants beginning in May. The Giants are getting themselves a real good one. Thanks again and here is to us just being friends from now on and no longer being a patient!

This is my second round of physical therapy at Benchmark for shoulder issues (frozen shoulder and…read morethis time I had a "slap tear/bicep). After my surgery I requested Ryan Cook and his team at Benchmark in Brentwood. Cathy at the front desk quickly arranged and scheduled my appointments. To say the team was accommodating and friendly would be an under-statement. Ryan and Celia were always so positive and genuinely supportive. When you are in pain, a positive attitude from your physician is key to keeping you on track. Since this time was during COVID, the safety procedures were in place (guests and staff wearing masks, hand sanitizer, taking temperature)as well as the usual cleaning surfaces between treatments. I am so grateful that Ryan and Celia and their hard work to get me back on my feet again. This is a special place.

Going to Family Care Center and experiencing their "caregivers" was a colossal waste of time and a…read moregenuine disappointment. If this clinic wants to present itself as a mental health provider, leadership might want to revisit what "care" actually looks like. Walking in, I was immediately met with a barrage of paperwork focused on billing--making sure charges are clear to them, not to you. Not exactly the warmest introduction for someone seeking mental health support. The next interaction was just as impersonal. After giving my name, I was directed to step on a scale and provide measurements--no introduction, no explanation, no basic courtesy. It felt more like processing inventory than welcoming a person. Then came the actual "care" session. The provider launched into a rapid-fire explanation of all the ways the clinic can bill you, delivered with the energy of a fast-talking sitcom character. She shared that she knew I had already been given all of those details though just wanted to recap again. Then, she told me why she thought I was there which was not accurate. I asked her to slow down and please take the time to have dialogue instead of talking at me. She never asked meaningful questions or or make a genuine attempt to understand why I was there, which made any real conversation about mental health impossible. Overall, the experience felt dismissive, disinterested, and transactional from start to finish. The caregiver, in particular, seemed better suited to a role with minimal human interaction - perhaps guarding an empty museum wing, because meaningful engagement was clearly not part of the approach. I am genuinely appalled and disturbed this clinic presents itself as having any aptitude in mental health care. None of them demonstrated an ounce of intellectual curiosity or communication skills which should be critical in caregiving roles.

He had a couple telemedicine appointments with her. She's amazing BTW. My only concern is the office. I have tried reaching out to them since 2025 December because I need a proper document of diagnosis for my son to provide a document to his school. I left voicemail, left messages through the patient portal. When I looked on my messages, they marked my concern "solved", I did not receive anything from them at all. So I left another voicemail and a message that I will be paying them a visit. I am very disappointed; my son was needing this document he's struggling from school...
