My friend and I walked in and asked if…read morethey had time for two one-hour massages and they said they could accommodate us in 30 minutes. We came back and the experience was great! The massage was AMAZING and I was so not ready for it to be over after the hour was up. All the ladies that work there are incredibly nice and told my friend and me about the local area and places to check out. We were even served mimosas after the massage while we were just chit chatting (I'm a sucker for mimosas)! Also, I have to mention the ambiance and look of the spa. It looks high end and very clean, but welcoming at the same time; great combo. I'm planning on going back before I leave. I got a terrible manicure at another place in the area, so when I go back I'm going to get my nails redone. Also, I think I'll get a pedicure, another massage, and my eyebrows done for a total pamper day and I'm really looking forward to it. Thanks ladies!!

Stopped by to get pampered before graduation and had an amazing experience!…read more The facility was very clean and has a chill and welcoming atmosphere. The salon is very open, and the decor is tasteful. The staff greeted me and a friend, and quickly had us seated for manicures. The conversation was easy, and I never felt awkward. We then moved over to the pedicure station and the relaxation continued. I enjoyed a strawberry margarita during my pedi, and it was delicious. Both the mani and pedi didn't take too long, and I don't feel like anything was overlooked. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone needing nail services, and can't wait until my next visit!

I let them know i've arrived and they bring it to my car, which makes things so much easier for me! This particular visit, I ordered Benadryl which meant I had to use the drive-thru to show my ID. Isabella was at the drive thru and she had me sit a minute with zero eye contact, not even so much as an acknowledgment, (a simple "We'll be with you in a sec" would do) once she looked up, she asked for my name, she said she couldn't hear me because of the truck's engine beside me, and she became extremely rude, once I told her I was there for a pick up, she slammed the phone (used for talking to me through the window) down, hard.... and then walked away. She came back and put the order through the drop box, I went to put my ID inside and she rudely stated "I don't need your id" while rolling her eyes. I politely smiled and drove away, getting her name first. I usually speak my mind when encountering people that nasty, especially representing places that I shop in often. I just decided to make a review instead so hopefully she will get some much needed training on customer service. Everybody has bad days, but our encounter was very short and did not need to be as intolerable as it was. Anyway, love this location- it's close to my house and they're usually very friendly and helpful, hopefully this bad apple won't ruin the whole bunch:)
