The place was clean and people were respecting social distancing. I will be straight forward here. This place would have gotten five stars. But zero of the employees had face masks and no sanitizer to clean between guests. While it is their right inside their establishment, this tells me they don't care for their customers. It's not a huge inconvenience to wear a mask, it's not taking away a constitutional right. But this disregard for safety and sanitation left a bad taste in my mouth. What else are they not being clean with that we can't see **UPDATE** 5/8/20 I stopped back because the owner had replied to my post. The employees still were not wearing face mask nor were they asking customers to do so. It looked as though they were almost encouraging customers to not wear them as nothing was said to customers not wearing masks. With a follow up from the owner and zero follow through tells me Don & Ben's don't care about safety and preventing the spread of disease. I will not set foot in another Don & Ben's ever. Not sure how updated their inventory is as we were looking for Mama Mango or Mama Pomegranate & the store associate looked it up but said it wasn't in stock. She left & I was in the Moscato section & found the Mama Mango so we snagged a bottle. I had ordered a bottle of Ube Creme Liqueur as my friend texted that it was available so I ordered online for store pickup since I was in the area. I looked at the yummy Sauternes, a lot of which were rated 91+ pts! We have about 3 bottles at home so I just took note. I looked at the other liqueurs like Pistachios, Passion Fruit and the other fruity Moscatos I'd like to try someday. They even had Kosher wines & we were reading some of the labels which had Biblical names & titled. I'm usually buying some Caliveda Pinot Noir which is one of their best sellers. I stock up during the holidays when they have bundle deals. They have such an organized store and even have a Cigar area. They hold tasting classes in the back & upcoming ones will be for wine. We missed the Tequila tasting so we'll check another location. They have great deals as rewards members so sign up!

Awesome customer service. For that one dude. But it was poor customer service for the rest of us in line, who have been to stores before and were courteous enough to arrive at the checkout counter with ALL the merchandise we intended to purchase already. About three minutes into a game I like to call "8,000 bottles of wine - 1 impressively inefficient cashier on duty", I decided it would be best if I try to frequent businesses who are financially solvent enough to staff two or more cashiers during peak hours. So I saved time at checkout by...driving elsewhere and purchasing my goods. I'm hoping, but not overly confident, that by the time you read this review the lager situation is resolved.

The reason I take off one star is because the worker I talked to was not able to help me. I do not really consume alcohol but I use it for cooking. This is not a new thing . It's fairly a common cooking process. The worker acted like this was same strange thing. I found it odd because this is a specialty store so I assumed the workers were at least knowledgeable and not just cashiers. There is a smaller mom and pop shop not to far away and they know about their products and uses for them. I guess I might be expecting too much from a bigger chain store. They have very good prices though.

Key takeaways: Liquor store - clean, friendly service, wide selection, mixers, candy & snacks, you can get in and out quickly, limited vapes and smoke-related products available, access to an ATM and they *do* take Apple Pay. Vape shop - don't be afraid to ask questions or for help, clean, wide variety of everything you'd normally find in a vape shop, some vape samples offered (you're trying to picture it but you can't so you'll just have to go in and see for yourself!) modestly priced.
