Some of the rooms are fantastic. The environment is very quiet and peaceful. The location is family friendly. There is quick access from multiple locations. It's near the Rotwildpark bei Stuttgart park, surrounded by miles of forest, and nearby the Schloss Solitute. They also have a very nice and inexpensive sauna building for relaxation after the long tree in the woods. You can a lot of times have the sauna all to yourselves, very romantic.
STAFF. The staff is some of the friendliest in the area. They'll definitely make you feel welcome. You will see the locals who come here often are treated like old friends.
FOOD. Every daily special I have had has been wonderful. The prices range from 7€-22€. Their lintels reminds me of some very healthy chili.
LODGING. Most of the rooms are your typical lodging accommodations, but some of the rooms (the u mini-apartments) are very nice and away from the main buildings, so don't hold back during those romantic nights.
NEARBY SIGHTS. As mentioned before Schloss Solitude is nearby, only 2 miles walk or bike ride through the forest paths. The Rotwildpark bei Stuttgart park is a very popular biking, running, and hiking location with its own biergarten nestled between lakes.
I highly recommend this location, especially if you are going to stay in the area for a while.
