We did everything via email and it was very easy to reach him. He was very quick to respond to my emails and being a wedding planner actually planning my own wedding, I really appreciated that! We booked his open air booth and it was such a hit at our reception! Everyone loved it! They had so many props and our attendant Frankie was so attentive to all our guests. They loved getting all the extra prints and I had set up a scrapbook station for them to leave extra prints and he took care of it for me! He even gave my wedding party and I extra prints! Onshine Photobooth is the best bang for your buck! Trust me! I will definitely recommend them for my future clients and will absolutely use them again at my next large scale event. Thank you Conrad! They had one of the larger photobooths available (7x7) which was great since we had to accommodate for 280 guests! Their photobooth looked very professional and I'd highly recommend onshine. 7/6/19 event update. My daughters 1st birthday…read more Oh my goodness, my experience with Ben has been amazing. I booked early and we worked closely on all the details up until the day of the event. My venue required a city license for Cypress and he paid for that expense without any hesitation. He made sure there wouldn't be any problems working our party. He is very attentive to details and always available to answer any questions. I honestly cannot believe I booked this event all via digital communication. I not once met him and everything turned out beautifully smooth. On the day of the event, I had two staff members (sorry, forgot their names) who accommodated the event space I had with the open air photobooth. If anyone came in to observe, they would have been shocked how little space they had. Despite of he restraints of space availability, they were able to make a seamless workaround. They made sure all the little humans and adults were able to take photos with ease (height considerations). They kept a smile on their face the whole time, keep and open line of communication (one hour and 10mins before booth closing notification) so we could well inform the guests. My photo design matched my invites which was perfect. The only caveat I wouldn't recommend for future photobooth customers is a white background. I didn't realize how washed out it was until I saw the printouts. I am in no way blaming Ben and his team for this. I chose it as I figured white is the easiest to work with. It only became a problem for my white hair elders disappearing hairlines etc. In conclusion, my photobooth experience with Ben and his team could not have been any better than the superior service and results that we received. I am very grateful Ben was able to work with our budget, make so many unforgettable memories and still have a 10 star experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you again Ben & team. Leading up to the event they were very communicative and organized. You can tell they knew what they were doing and it definitely helped me that I didn't have to stress out about them. He gave all the information I asked for and appropriately followed up for booking, logistics, and we rented both a print photobooth and a digital only photobooth. On the day of the event, people loved the booths! Unfortunately, one of the photobooths stopped working partway through, likely due to a power outlet problem with the venue, but Nestor and his team continued to run the other photobooth and even offered a full refund for the one that stopped working. He worked with us to create the perfect photostrip design, and even made a special order to get us a backdrop color that he didn't have in stock! I really felt that he cared about us as customers and wanted to make our night perfect. He was also very understanding of our privacy concerns, which was really important to us. Anthony was the staff member who came and operated the booth the day of the event, and he was fantastic. The props were super fun and the photobooth was really easy to use.
