Communication was a major issue--calls were rarely returned, and he was often unavailable or out of the office. While he initially seemed confident and reassuring, his approach changed drastically once we were in court. He did not advocate strongly for my case, even when we had solid evidence, and instead pushed for a quick compromise that didn't serve my best interests even though he assured me otherwise. I also found him to be lacking in professionalism, compassion, and trustworthiness. It felt like his ego and my appearances mattered more than client care, and unfortunately, the quality of service reflected that. In my opinion, this is a clear case of "you get what you pay for." Also, the front desk staff was also extremely unprofessional. Every time I called, I was met with disrespectful attitudes, and on several occasions, the secretaries hung up on me. To make matters worse, the man who runs this business attempted to send my balance to collections before my case was even completed. This level of service was far below what I expected from a legal professional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
