They do offer…read moreother services (auto glass - obviously, rust-proofing, etc...), but make no mistake that they do top notch in detailing as well. When I called, their price for a mini-van was at least $20 cheaper than the lowest rate I've found. It was a work vehicle, and trust me when I tell you that it was a mess when I brought it in. They were quicker than other places i've brought the van into previously; and while I was apprehensive at the time, there were no concerns with the end result. The van was in fact the cleanest I've ever seen it after a detail. The owner was super friendly and really to time to explain the work they did. My co-workers are already planning to have this be their go-to place for their own vehicle based on the work and value that they saw. They seem very honest, so I would have full confidence they would do an excellent job with any of their other services as well. Note: I believe they will be doing a name change shortly, but the owner - and the services, will be remaining in the same location (directly behind the CDN Tire gas station).

We were very happy with the job they did and our windshield looks just great. We will definitely be going back there if we need any other auto windshield work done. Highly recommended.

If I paid a few bux more than some other quoted prices around town, I am ok with it. The service and workmanship was excellent. I would use them again without hesitation. We are SEVERELY disappointed with this auto shop. I've read every *single* one of these Google…read moreReviews before posting my own experience, which has left a seriously bad taste in my mouth and memory. We brought our vehicle into the shop to be serviced under the manager and owner of this store - Angelo Martins. After the vehicle was involved in a collision, we were assured that it was in good hands, given the good reviews. The vehicle was promised to be returned within a week. After that period passed, we contacted Angelo regarding the return of our vehicle, only to be notified that it wasn't going to be ready for another week. First red flag. Thus, we contacted the insurance company, which told us that they would not cover addition time that was not initially agreed upon due to Angelo's request for an extended time. After calling Patricio Auto again, we were reassured that the vehicle would be available the next day. Isn't that funny? Here's what happened: When we picked up the vehicle the next day, we noticed that it had been driven OVER 110 KM WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. This was done without permission, authorization, notice, OR OUR KNOWLEDGE. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Patricio Auto was not aware of the fact that we had taken pictures of the mileage use before and after the car was left for repair. 110+ KM on the mileage!! You can make FOUR COMPLETE TRIPS from Mississauga to Toronto with that distance covered. Our family was sincerely concerned: What if the vehicle was involved in a parking infringement, traffic violation, or worse - a crime? Usage of a vehicle that is NOT YOURS and without the permission of the owner is CAR THEFT. This is quoted from Toronto Police (read below). When we confronted Angelo regarding this matter, he denied it and said he had no idea how this could have happened. BULLSHIT! You are the OWNER OF PATRICIO AUTO, and any other management staff who could have potentially used it would have cleared it with you first! How dare you lie to our faces. We trusted you with our vehicle and you betrayed that trust. It is NOT YOUR VEHICLE to decide whether or not you want to take it for a little joyride to KFC. It gets better: Then Angelo promises us that he would detail our car for free if we didn't file a complaint or report this incident. This was huge red flag number two. Since then, we have filed a report and flagged our vehicle during the time that it was under Patricio Auto's Maintenance with Toronto Police with specific details regarding this auto shop - as well as filed a complaint report and spoken with an investigating detective. Details of Patricio Auto, as well as the owner, Angelo Martins was also requested and given to Toronto Police. They quoted directly that such an incidence is defined as unauthorized use and THEFT OF A VEHICLE. Furthermore, our family is now filing an official complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario Ministry, The Better Business Bureau, as well as the Small Claims Court. BUYER BEWARE! We are absolutely disgusted with Angelo, and Patricio Auto's lack of integrity and honesty regarding this matter and will never return or suggest this shop to friends or family. This honest review was not made for the purpose of intimidation or out of resentment. We are hoping that no more potential customers will experience this lack of honesty from an auto shop that needs to be held to the real expectations of the reputation it has claimed to enjoy.
