Joanne Dauphin is the best agent I know, in every area, whether it be auto, home, or life insurance. She truly cares about her clients and her community, and I could not be happier that she will be the one on the other end of the phone when my son has someday lost his mother. I would not want anyone else handling this for him, especially not a 1-800 press one, press two call center! I feel so much better having this all taken care of. The cost per month is nothing compared to the peace I'm feeling today. If you have any needs or any concerns at all, I highly recommend calling or visiting Joanne! It's easy to put off, but please don't wait like I did. You'll feel so much better being covered! My only regret is that I wish I had done this years ado.

I truly wish I had been connected with him sooner. Since relocating to Florida, I had been working with another agent who placed me with Progressive, and I ended up paying hundreds more over the course of the year for less coverage. Alex took the time to understand our needs, explain our options clearly, and find the best solution for us. He is professional, knowledgeable, and truly works in the best interest of his clients. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking to save money without sacrificing coverage. Insurance is outrageously expensive in Florida! Saving money with an excellent agent working for a well-respected company is good fortune.
